Driving a car that won't stop is a fairly common dream for me, but the going in reverse was a new variable.

      Re: The Dream Analyst

Weird dream I had today/last night.

I dreamt there was some big fireworks stuff planned at my old school(have no idea why),lots of people were gathering below, basically lining up to get good view of it when it begins, and alot of the fireworks were all rigged onto some tall metal structure(almost like those transmission/hydro towers). Don't know why, but I suddenly was climbing up and down it trying to fix something on it,or just get down(since the school was right next door, and I jumped on it through the school window).

Later part of my dream just had me almost like some sort of ghost whisperer. And the "ghosts" from the dream were old friends I used to have back in early days of school(which is weird since most of them I hadn't even thought of since last time I saw them, which had been ages ago). That part was weird, not knowing they were ghosts when talking to them, then suddenly after talking to them, they just disappeared like snow blowing away(even though there wasn't snow anywhere else).

lol ya,my 2nd post in this thread, and you can prob tell,my dreams makes no sense at all.

Had a dream I was driving on the interstate....car was doing 85-90, I couldn't slow down, took a turn too hot and veered off into a patch of grass. Car was totaled, but I was fine. Today's 3 years to the day of my first car accident, which makes it really strange.

Not really, if you think about it. There is a theory that dreams are just playing out what's going through your mind, either conscious or unconscious. If it's the anniversary of your wreck, that's surely going through your mind, and it's very possible it just played out in your dream because you were/are thinking about it.

I really wasn't, but my anxiety still gets crazy any time I drive since my last accident last year, so that makes sense that it manifested itself in a dream. I also remember being mad in the dream because my grandfather (used car lot owner) wouldn't sell me a new car .

Dreamt that it was around 8-9pm and I looked outside and started wondering why the stars in the sky looked like those dots in the pacman game. The moon was the big dot that lets pacman eat the ghosts.

Then suddenly i see pacman in the sky and a full game of pacman takes place in the sky. The reason being... someone had some super TV projector that worked in the sky! Imagine that, getting a TV projector that could work in the sky. Best screen ever. Lol,imagine if something like that ever becomes possible in the future. Combining TV projector and those giant outdoor spotlights that you could see in the sky from miles away.

                    It's almost legal in Canada......

That, combined with certain US events happening in a few months(which I don't believe we're allowed talking about on this site), Americans are gonna be moving to Canada lol.

I very rarely remember my dreams. I haven't remembered them for years now. I'm also miserable at my job and with most of my social life. I wonder if one has to do with the other?

I tend to only remember very vivid dreams. And sometimes I know I'm in a dream, but other times I wake up thinking what I dreamed about was real.

I also tend to have a lot of nightmares. I wonder if there is a reason for that.

Could be. Your dreams are probably just insignificant. We tend to only remember weird/strange dreams, and forget the ones that are rather ordinary. If your day-to-day life is fairly ordinary, then it could be that your dreams mirror that and there is little of significance that you would remember.

I feel like I almost never dream. It's probably because I've had some form of sleep apnea for ages so I don't really sleep and treatment never worked. But here and there the past week I've just had these random deja vu dreams. Like replaying things from the days prior. But I've actually felt more tired than usual. Just a big mess.

I had a crazy one the other night, meant to come in and see if these are still getting answered...always find it interesting to see what others think about dreams and such.....

                                Here goes

It was at night and I was in my car going up a slight hill by a little old building headed to a stop sign. The building reminded me of a very small bar, had a dirt lot to park in. I could only go left or right cause there was woods straight ahead..basically a T.

I was going to turn right and at a glance I thought I saw a shadow go in front of me in my headlights. All of a sudden I lose all power in my car...it started going slowly down the hill and I managed to steer it into the dirt lot in front of the bar.

The whole time I'm doing this I slowly see a shadow form over the steering wheel, it's taking shape and by the time I finally stop in the dirt lot in front of the building it's in the form of a little boy. His eyes are white and I only see him from the shoulders up. Basically he's a clearly formed human shadow if that makes since. That was basically it, woke up after that....thoughts?

BTW I was in my car I just got 3 months ago so I don't have a car trouble.
