It's amazing just how unreliable some contractors can be. Just makes you wonder how successful some of the reliable ones truly are cause if these horrible ones are getting by ok, the good/reliable ones must be making a good amount of money.

Contact abunch of people, and majority don't reply. A few who do seem to have no time to do anything. And then some expect you to sign a contract and pay them full cash right on the spot, before they even do a single second of actual work. Not just that,but the phone numbers/emails they provide on their card(or flyer) aren't always updated.

Tired of looking for independent contractors to ever do anything. It might cost more,but going with an actual place like Home Depot to do the work might just be best solution to do anything. If the contractor messes up, lies, or tries adding on random hidden fees after a contract is signed, you actually have a proper company to complain to and resolve the issue.

Speaking of beer, has anyone tried Shock Top? My friend told me to try the chocolate blend the other week, but I didn't see any, so I got the White Belgian. Not half bad.
