Re: Off Topic 2015
5'9" and somewhere between 145-150. At some point, I assume my metabolism will slow down (should probably mention I'm only 23), but I also workout 4 or 5 times a week and play sports whenever I don't work out, so I've taken good care of my body.
Also have never drank soda, ever, I'm not a fan of beer, and since getting a job full-time, I don't really snack anymore.
I honestly don't know much about eating healthy, but I would guess I've become a much healthier eater since meeting my girlfriend (who cares much more about eating healthy than I do) and especially since graduating (having a consistent daily routine and being able to cook for myself makes a huge difference).NFL: Bills

Re: Off Topic 2015
Never drank soda?? Wow. That's impressive.
I'm not a soda addict, it's mainly because it's readily available at restaurants/takeout. (Which is another problem, I grab lunch out too often). I have no problem going with another drink, though water does get tiring (I always have a bottle of water over the course of a work day). Caffeine doesn't really affect me, I could drink a Mt. Dew and fall right asleep.
I just gotta exercise more. Just bought a nice football to throw around with my buddies, and we've been tossing the frisbee recently with the weather getting nice. I told my wife i wanted to run a mile or more 2-3 times a week so I just have to follow through on that.
Gotta cut out those late night munchies too. Sometimes I'll wake up full-ish. Bad start.
I'm up to 170 now. "Heaviest" I've ever been.NHL - Philadelphia Flyers

MLB - Cincinnati Reds

It sounds like you have a pretty solid plan at least. Just gotta get yourself into the routine of actually following through on it. That's the toughest part.
After I started working full-time, I got out of my workout routine and kept coming up with excuses for why certain times wouldn't work until a friend of mine told me he was training for a triathlon and that finally got me to say "**** it. I can make time."NFL: Bills

I've never felt like caffeine really affects me, though I don't drink coffee.
I drank a five hour energy once though, and I was ready to go.Comment
