Well, at least next it year it really won't be that big of a deal if a horse wins the first two. We've finally see a triple crown again, so there's really no reason to hype it up again for at least another decade. Other than to appease degenerate gamblers, or people who want to pretend it's still the 1950s (Costas, we're looking at you).

One of my coworkers who everyone doesn't like tried adding me on Facebook and I have zero desire to add her. Problem is, she keeps bringing it up and I'm running out of excuses as to why I haven't accepted it yet. Thoughts/ideas?

Well, at least next it year it really won't be that big of a deal if a horse wins the first two. We've finally see a triple crown again, so there's really no reason to hype it up again for at least another decade. Other than to appease degenerate gamblers, or people who want to pretend it's still the 1950s (Costas, we're looking at you).

Ironic thing is there wasn't a single triple crown in the 50's and only 1 horse won the first two legs. And not sure what degenerate gamblers has to do with a triple crown.

As a horsebettor myself, I can bet any track, any time. I don't need there to be a triple crown in the making, where the horse winds up with short odds and there is no way to make money on the race unless you have an upset or you bet an exorbitant amount hoping for a sure thing, which is never guaranteed.
