There are quite a few "intra" states. I-2 is only in Texas, I-4 is only in Florida. I-12 is only in Louisiana. Some are already signed that way as they will some day go through multiple states, or that is/was the plan at least. Other times, I guess they wanted them to be maintained by different funds.

I don't understand why I-45 is an interstate when it doesn't leave the state of Texas.

We have I-4 which is on about 130 miles ling and runs from tampa to daytona beach. We also have I-27 that runs from St. Pete to the northern point of tampa.

So...ESPYs. Not entertaining at all. Had some funny moments,but they didn't do anything that made previous ESPYs exciting. Guess it had to do with being on ABC and them wanting it to be a certain type of show. Though funniest moments were the Joel Mchale "30 for 30" stuff and Dwight Howard telling people to leave LA, and Mark Cuban agreeing.


Fan voting leads to US Womens national team getting team of the year over the 3 WS in 5 years Giants, and 3 stanley cups in 6 years Blackhawks.

Rousey getting female athlete over Serena Williams(even though Serena is dominating on much bigger stages,against much better competition,for a longer period of time)

Lebron gets best championship performance over Madison Bumgarner who had one of(if not the) best WS championship performances in 100+ year history of baseball

Toews getting best NHL player over Price(who won basically every award he was eligible to win in the league this past year,including the league MVP)

It was moved to ABC in April. Wasn't announced till really late May/Early June that Jenner was winning, so I doubt it has much to do with her and more than Disney trying to make the ESPYs bigger than they were.

The story broke in April I think it's what they said,and it was done in an ABC interview? Probably even more reason why they did it at ESPYs. Watching the speech and everything given also, seems like one of the things emphasized abit was mentioning the ESPYs awards as basically a platform to be used to get the message across.

Don't get me wrong, it's a good message and all that and I got nothing against it,but it took like 25-30 mins of the show to have it,and they had to rush the best male athlete and best team awards after.

Why not use some other platform like just having this speech done on one of those entertainment tv shows that fill up so many channels on TV? Only sports people will watch ESPYs, but more diff kinds of people watch those entertainment shows and talk about the stuff they show.

Unfortunately though,ALOT of people are bashing this. Saying how this was a horrible decision to do for the Arthur Ashe courage award and how this shouldn't even be discussed at a sports show and so on. Even though it went on LONG,I still thought it was an interesting piece they did,like I said,should've been done on one of those entertainment shows,but still thought it was ok.

I watched some of it cause like I wasn't in the mood to play anything and **** on TV. It kind of didn't make sense to me compared to some of the other stories they had, but I never realized or thought about the problems that people who go through those things are put through.

So meh if that whole Caitlyn Jenner story/speech helps even one person out then good.

Bleacher Report says Colin Cowherd and ESPN are to part ways.

A lot of people don't like him, but you have to admit his show was at least interesting, whether you agreed with him or not.

Not sure what I'm going to listen to at work in the mornings now.

It's been expected that he'd be moving out West in the very least. There's been rumors he wants to get into political talk radio though he's shot that down. We'll see. I agree though. He makes some dumb arguments here and there but he's an interesting guy to listen to on the radio.
