There is an art to doing it.

I think abusing the system is both too much hassle and too immorally wrong to try and do, but you price match where you can for sure. Heck, I was waiting for Best Buy to do another Visa Checkout $25 off >$100 purchase to get a PS4 Pro, but since they haven't done it in forever, I just said the hell with it and purchased it.
I find no matter how much money someone has, unless you're a CEO or celebrity or making money of that nature, you can never go wrong trying to save as much as you can.

It's their choice, but seems like the more money people have, the more they waste. Go ahead and shop at your fancy stores and pay double the amount I pay for literally the same thing. Even groceries, some people I know are surprised when I tell them I pay like $2 for the exact same stuff at a grocery they pay $5 for. There's a difference vs being cheap and being smart with money. Prestige pricing is basically why they value their things differently.

Bigger discussion, but that's what companies do too. They might have their own brand, and a cheap no name version too so they target multiple demographics. If you actually compare ingredients in a product(or smart enough to understand the codes on them), you might find two of the exact same thing, just diff brands, made in same location, one for double the price.

Random twitter thing I never realized people felt so strongly about:

When you go to bed......Socks or no socks?

For me, if it's warm enough to wear shorts, you don't need socks. Since it's not summer temps here for at least 75% of the year, I'm use to wearing socks to bed....

Only time I have fallen asleep with socks is if I plopped on my bed in full baseball gear, too lazy and tired to take anything off, sleeping on top of the comforter.

Any time I have tried to crawl into bed with socks, it feels way wrong and I take them off immediately.

I definitely wear socks. I'm not down to step on errant bull**** if I get up to take a leak. And especially living in LA where if an earthquake strikes I'm not ****ing around running around barefoot.

My sleeping comfort zone is strange.

Long sleeve shirt, comfortable shorts, cool/cold room, and a box fan blowing.

              oh and no socks.

After spending some time in the Navy, I can sleep almost anywhere and anytime so It's really not a matter of if I can sleep.. just what I prefer if given the option.

T-shirt, shorts and a fan blowing directly on me.

And every time I can, windows open

I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

Socks usually end up coming off during the middle of the night if I wear them to bed. Shirts have never been comfortable to me in bed because I always end up wrapping them around me like a straight jacket. Sometimes I'll wear some basketball shorts to bed, but that's on rare occasions or if it's really cold.

Unless your heating is messed up in the winter time or you are camping, wearing socks to bed is unnatural:

Fire and brimstone coming down from the skies. Rivers and seas boiling.
Forty years of darkness. Earthquakes, volcanoes…
The dead rising from the grave.
Human sacrifice, dogs and cats living together – mass hysteria.

Basketball Shorts are the automatic "go to" nightwear.

socks in bed? I cant even stand wearing them when I'm out of bed.
first thing I do when I get off work and into my car, shoes and socks off.
I might only consider wearing socks in bed if I had a GF that didnt shave her legs or clip her nails.
