Re: Christmas Thread 2019 “Hallmark Style”
I took the family to The Country Club for a Christmas brunch and to meet Santa. Mary loved talking to Santa and Christian...well did what he loves to do..laugh and smile. I love this photo so much and I had to share it with my OS family.

Re: Christmas Thread 2019 “Hallmark Style”
"It's Tuesday, its 11am, everyones kids in school, adults working, sure there's old people shopping, but how bad can it be?"
I'm sure you can guess just how bad it was. Went to a mall to check for 1 item(mainly sizing wise). Parking lot was full. I managed to get 1 spot far away, and it was available for a reason. Van next to that spot parked right on the line, and on the other side was a giant truck. Somehow I managed to get in(and out) of that spot safely.
After all that, the item I came for ended up being too small.
Luckily that was the final store I was going to today and I managed to get everything else I went for. Minus maybe 1 extra item I'm trying to get by tomorrow, everything else is finally done.Comment

Re: Christmas Thread 2019 “Hallmark Style”
Is it sad that I only literally just found out that Home Alone has deleted scenes? And some scenes which were originally different?
I saw a trailer for the first movie and noticed some scenes went the exact same way, but different reasonings.
Like instead of the cashier questioning Kevin when he went shopping, her manager was there to question him. Small thing, but feels so weird seeing the same movie I've seen over the years with moments I haven't seen before.Comment

8 more sleeps until the big day.
1 more sleep for episode 7 of the Mandalorian.
2 more sleeps until The Rise of Skywalker (seeing it at 8pm and 11:40)
3 more sleeps until I watch The Rise of Skywalker 2 more times.
This upcoming week will be fun. I’ve been sick for 3 days and I’m just finally feeling like myself. Hopefully, this means that I won’t be sick for Christmas. Actually, The Stewart’s have all been sick recently and hopefully we all will be well now.
Hope you all are enjoying the season. Try to slow it down and get in as much Christmas things you can.I am the lesson after the fall.Comment

Nope. That’s too much responsibility for me. The Santa’s we have seen this year have been incredible. Good Luck. These are big shoes to fill.I am the lesson after the fall.Comment

This is just for visiting family. Nothing more than that. For this year anyway.

Since there's no other Christmas thread, thought I'd throw this in here. Edited this after getting the idea from the "Goth Christmas Dance" video for the first time. You Letterkenny fans will enjoy!

Just not feeling Christmas whatsoever this year. Will be happy seeing my kids open their gifts but that's about it.

Re: Christmas Thread 2019 “Hallmark Style”
I’m sorry you’re not hearing the bell ring this season. Hopefully before now and Christmas, it will click, and you will catch the feelings of the holidays. Also, don’t force it. You will put too much pressure on yourself. Merry Christmas my friend and I wish I could send you some of my Christmas spirit.I am the lesson after the fall.Comment

Re: Christmas Thread 2019 “Hallmark Style”
I'm also not feeling Christmas too much, but that's more for other factors than the holiday itself. Pulled a muscle in my back that's just been annoying me, and the weather is near 50 here during the day so it really just feels like late Fall instead of Christmas. Christmas needs snow!
Feels like it's been like that the last few years though - a mild Christmas, some snow around New Year's, and then a big dump of the stuff in early February.
I actually signed up for one of those "3 months for $1" deals for Amazon Music so I've been able to throw on some different Christmas music playlists for variety. It's not all good stuff, but it mixes things up so it's a win in my book.Comment
