It's starting to look like Christmas in the jeremym480 household. Happy holidays, OS fam.

It definitely does. Your place looks amazing.

    10 more sleeps to go.

        Smallville,

SANTA CLAUSE 3 IS HORRIBLE. You're a champ for sitting through that movie. LOL. My wife and I need to finish the Santa Clause Disney+ series.
lol I don't get the hate for clause 3 I don't see what's so bad about it. The last episode of the tv show I didn't care for much felt like a let down like that is it really type of thing and I heard it's going to get a second season. I thought it was going to be a 1 and done type of show.

dunno if any of you guys watch the CBS sitcom Ghosts,
but last nights 1 hour Christmas episode special Ghostmas was really good
            especially Rose McIver as Thor

My wife and I will have to watch this as she is a fan of this show. I only catch a bit of the show when I come to bed early. Seems funny, so it will be good to watch with her before bed.

Through episode 5 of the Santa Clauses. Definitely the best episode of the season with big moments that change how you view the movies, which is exactly what I wanted from this series.

Today's the final Saturday before Christmas Eve, but it doesn't feel like we're this close to Christmas. Still feels like another few weeks.

Guess it doesn't help when those days fall on a weekend this year.

Next year at least it'll be a nice long weekend.

Too bad the leap year messes with things and 2024 we miss out on the Monday/Tuesday Christmas Eve/Christmas.

I love the Christmas Chronicles. I think that's what it's called. Watching it with my kid. Awesome movie.

                      Re: OS Annual Christmas Thread

One week to go. It is moving too fast. I finished wrapping my wife's presents today and I only have a few stocking stuffers to get for her. I'll hit up Shoppers Drug Mart Tuesday and get that done.

This week will be all about watching Christmas Specials. I need to watch Muppet Christmas Carol with my wife and a few others with my kids. I was to try watching Polar Express with them, I just don't know if it is something that will hold their interest. Mary should enjoy it, she's almost 7, Christian is only 3 and I have a feeling it will be too long for him.

I think Christmas feels different every year. The excitement changes from being young and the anticipation of everything under the tree. Those years are long gone for me. For me now, it is the excitement for my kids. I can't wait for to see their faces Christmas morning. I do wish I could have bottled those feelings of Christmas morning as a kid. That was pure magic.

I hope everyone gets to slow the week down a bit and enjoy your time off (if you get any) and most importantly, time with family. Keep an empty chair out for all those we lost this year.

Random Christmas thing I decided to look up.

The Charlie Brown Christmas was made in the 60s, and one line had Sally asking Santa for "$10s and $20s".

                        Apparently that's like $150-$200 in today's money!
