Thanks Steve and team for all the hard work.
You don't have to hold down, just hover over it. At least that's how it is on Chrome.

Yeah, it's a little weird. If you click the down arrow next to your username at the top (or your avatar image to go directly to profile), there are links for 'subscribers', 'subscriptions', and 'bookmarks'. The 'subscriptions section includes both threads I was subscribed to and other users I was friends with while the 'subscribers' just duplicates the users I was friends with listed in the 'subscriptions' and the 'bookmarks' is empty.

I got that error message about a dozen times this morning, while logged in. Took 15 minutes to finally get to where I could write this post. But if I'm not logged in, everything works fine.
Seems like most people aren't having this problem, but it's persistent for me since the changeover. Obviously the upgrade is still being worked on, so I'm sure it will be resolved in time. Just pointing out that the forums are still pretty much unusable for me, while logged in.

We had quite a few problems this morning throughout the afternoon. It wasn't just you. I couldn't even get to the Forums sometimes. Engineer has implemented a few things on the backend in hopes to see improvements now.

Steve - what was that? a comment on a post? How did you do that? See screenshot. Your post is 183.1, not 184.

Ya, something I'll be looking into. I thought everyone had it LOL. We need to fix some back end stuff and I might get this fixed as well as the HTML issue.

I'm very happy Tapatalk is working again.

I just tried, and everything is working except the Timeline view.

I'm not sure if the engineer can resolve this or not?

Thanks for all of your hard work during this change!

If you have issues logging in, click the Remember Me button as that is helping me be able to log-in now. Engineer is aware, but just a little odd workaround if you run into issues.
I won't ask for Christmas or birthday gifts if you subscribe to the Operation Sports Newsletter (Not Just Another Roster Update). I write it, and it hits your inbox every Friday morning (for freeeeeee). We also have an official OS Discord you can now join.

But I'm not sure what the point/benefit of being able to comment directly on a post would be as opposed to just quoting the post in a new post. You'd end up having some people quoting the post to respond to it and other just commenting directly on the post and it could end up getting messy looking.

Basically, just a smidge less clutter than quoting a post. Just provides a different option to respond.

Yeah, I see it now. My initial thought, like BurghFan, is that it seems kind of redundant. On the other hand I could see it coming in handy on a release day or in a Q&A thread if discussion is moving pretty quickly and you just want to reply to a comment so the person sees it without it being buried under a bunch of other replies or something.

I can see it as well. I think its a neat feature especially for Dynasties. Instead of adding to the post count with statements about updates, they can comment directly on the post. I did not however see a way to see new comments in a thread, meaning to see them you would have to go back to that page to see it. Unless I'm missing something..

                EDIT:
Ok was missing something. You can click the latest activity tab inside the thread and it shows both posts and comments. Cool feature imo

Just updating, it still takes me a very long time to log in, and when it eventually goes through every single page loads just as slowly (a minute or more). Browsing while logged out (and logging in momentarily if I want to post something) is still the only way to have some form of normalcy when using the site.

I did clear my cache. Doesn't seem to have done anything.

First post since the new site. It is SO slow that I can barely log in and when I do the site craps out just trying to navigate. Really hope something gets fixed because it’s unusable for me right now. Maybe the fact I can actually post today is a better sign but I have to walk away from my tablet while it waits to do anything

The site is unusable for me because it is so slow. I loved the old look, the best anywhere around. I don't think this is an ugprade at all.

I finally figured out how to embed videos smh lol. I always tried to do it from the mobile app. I realized that I have to do it from the internet browser in desktop mode

Not sure how if this was answered or not. How do you post videos on this newer format. It doesn't seem like you can just post the embed code and it'll work

Click the insert video button (see screenshot) and paste the URL.
