Agreed, hopefully over time it improves to the point we like it as much as the old forums

Been getting a ton of "Source Unavailable" errors when loading webpages.

Also, what's with the FULL screen ads? Lately been getting them where the ad literally wraps around the posts in the thread and covers the whole page. They've been gone before I could screen grab them, but surely I'm not the only one whose seen them lol

    Something weird here...
College Football 26 - Tracking New Mascots, Traditions, Equipment, Authenticity - Operation Sports Forums

Before going into the thread, it shows 8 responses, however, I can only see 4.

Edit: I can now see all of them, not sure what's happening.

Hey Steve, sorry to bother again on this -- any update on the missing posts? If not, I guess I'll post everything again on my thread on the weekend...

Thanks to everyone who responded to my inquiry about not being authorized to look at my posts. From the responses, I am assuming that the problem is a bug. I will just ignore it and occasionally try to access my posts from my Profile to see if the bug has been corrected.

    Best to everyone

Data import update from the engineer.

I will be working on importing core entities like users and posts ASAP, and deal with any more missing entities afterwards - ideally working on it during forum off-peak hours as it requires database switching.
So for you night owls, you will probably see some slow times and possible downtime as he works through it.

The forum does seem to be performing a lot better now. Fast loading! Hoping all the migration stuff is done soon as I’m sure we’ll be getting a flood of new members soon with CFB26 and Madden 26 not far off.

Whenever I click onto a thread that has new posts, the new posts are not updating for me. I just see older posts that I've already read despite the thread listing showing there are newer posts.

I think I can help give more info here, assuming this is what Art's talking about. Happens for me on Chrome & Edge on PC and Safari on iPad even after clearing cache.

Using you as an example: if you click on someone's name this small window pops up with quick links to their posts and the option to Ignore.

If you click on the posts, you get this. There is no further info:

If I'm logged out, clicking on posts goes to a generic search page (image cropped just to not include a huge pic, we all know what a search looks like).

As a web developer, this might not seem like an issue since it's a forum, but the content structure should be limited to two or three layers at most.

Not sure if this was fixed or not, but I'm not seeing an issue in Safari, Chrome or FF.
