I'm looking for a few people that want all of their subscriptions deleted. Just need to test something and see if the notifications area at the top of the page is faster when they have been removed. -
But I never got to ban Millennium for being a Ravens fan
Anyway, looks like we can upload our custom avatars again
And with that, I'm off to bed. Hopefully I don't hop on tomorrow morning while eating breakfast only to find a bunch more spam.
Edit: So the avatar space is circule shaped so it cuts off the edges of my avatr.👍 3😎 1Leave a comment:

Legendary moment in OS history: the day when Chase banned Steve😂 7 -
They're either testing something on the back end or our flight-loving spam friends are evolving their attacks.

No no, the avatar is something we're hitting next once the speeds are comfy again. The attaching photos to posts should work though, let me know how you're trying to do it if you're having issues, it's technically much easier to do now.Leave a comment:

So cool to see, great find by the engineer. Maybe instead of the notifications button being a dropdown, it can just be a link directly to that page? Not sure how easy it is to make that change. -
Forums running super quick. Thank you for the continued hard work to get the new forums up and running.Leave a comment:

Speeds definitely improved now. for me, updating Avatar and attaching photos to post haven't seem to be working. for the picture, may just have to play with it to find the method, used to just upload into the post.Leave a comment:

OK... So the engineer found out that the notifications (up at the top of the nav bar) are the main culprit to the slow downs and the forums should be very speedy for everyone now, including those that were getting 1 to 2 minute load times.
For now, to see if you have any notifications, you'll have to click in the area up at the top. Ya, it's annoying, but that's the fix for now. It's a VB6 issue, but we are looking into a way around it.Leave a comment:
