It really seems to depend on the board messages you get throughout the year and depends on how consistently off of expectations you are. For example, if your objective is to Win the League but you never rank higher than 6th during the season, you are far more likely to get fired than if you are floating between 2nd-6th throughout the season, even if you never hit 1st.

That being said, achieving your cup objectives does go along way to saving your job but doesn't always work.

That's why I said over multiple seasons. Like in the first I could finish in 3rd, the 2nd in 2nd and in the 3rd finally win the league and I would still be fine as long as I do in the cups.

Last year with Chelsea I asked for more and I believe I got around €20m.

i also got 20 million with chelsea in FIFA14.

Ok so I bought a PS4 when FIFA 15 came out because I was sick of EA making a crappy watered down version of FIFA for last gen consoles. Obviously the first thing I did was go into Ultimate Team and get my started pack and trade for an hour or so.
Then I opened up career mode and I just had to start with my beloved Manchester United. I know I know everyone is doing one but its tradition for me and I do one at the start of every FIFA. This year it should be interesting because in terms of FIFA the team is pretty much complete except for its defence and some backup. See how it goes.

Also I need a suggestion for another team I could use alongside United. Preferably in England somewhere with a decent budget.

Just finished my first season, Won La Liga with Real Madrid as well as the other competitions (Super Cup, Copa Del Rey) not UCL i forgot to enable it. Actually feel so good played it on World Class found it very challenging. Got an offer from Brazil National Team I'm going to accept it.

Sunderland Supporter, former US Marine. Have been playing since FIFA 13. Played a lot of player career and Manager Career in Fifa 14. This year is the first time i'm doing a video series chronicling my Manager Career. Figured I'd post them here to see what you guys think and to get some advice. below is the first episode. Again any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I think that the last gen game is great compared to 14 and I think the only different things are the BPL presentation and obviously the graphics, like the nets moving, corner flags moving, etc. I would suggest for a team maybe try Swansea. I think there budget it around 12,500,000 euros but I am not positive. They also have some good talent. I think signed Arsenal's keeper from last year and I like Bony up top at striker.

With my Southampton CM on hold for now after the FA Cup debachle, I've decided to turn my attention to my Reds CM. I'm hoping to learn the game again using a top 4 team, so I can get back to playing on World Class/Legendary.

First episode is a breakdown of the roster and what to expect, leading up to the start of the EPL season.

Second episode gets to the gameplay, getting through the rest of August.

I'm trying to through 1 month per episode but we'll see how that works. I'm open to suggestions on the format. Thanks for watching and hope you enjoy.

Been a slow start with my Everton team, coming into mid November we sit at 13th with 3 wins, 2 Draws, and 5 Losses....West Brom are of to a flying start sitting 5th and Sessegnon leading the Top Scorers with 8 Goals.

With the January transfer window not to far away I have a shortlist of players that i have scouted so far, With Tim Howard getting older I am definetly looking for a young Goal Keeper to take the reign once Howard retires, also i think we need some younger and faster CB's.

I have some young, talented players listed for loan but I'm not getting any offers. I want them to get more playing time than they would for my squad so that the young players can progress more rapidly and not get mad about lack of minutes. It's not like they are scrubs. Any ideas on how to get some offers coming in?

The only thing I know and did on Fifa was palu some of them. The best I've played only during the transfer window. The other I've played as I could.

Quick question about funds for the second half of the season:

Is it a good idea to use as much money as possible in the January transfer window? I'm asking because it seems like your budget resets once the new season starts in July. For example, if my budget is 13 million from the board and I finish the transfer window w/ 2.5mil. Maybe I sign a few youth players and contract extensions and I'm left with 2.2mil. That money doesn't seem to roll over to the summer transfer window. So should I try to spend as much as possible while I can?

Any tips of playing with Arsenal? Off to a horrible start with them. Went away from my Madrid MM to play with Arsenal but holy damn the team is not clicking and I'm October only 1 EPL win.

LPU yeah every season your budget resets, also if you perform well in competitions and in the leauge you get more money. If your successful you can request funds from your board.
