I hate playing bottom table teams. They ALWAYS play so far above their ability. Its so frustrating.
I played a team that 15 games in had 0 wins and a 52 overall GK (I'm in the Swiss League right now). 1-1 draw. 13 shots on target. 5 of them were break away one on one miracle saves.

Damn I was doing my Swansea City rebuild, and already won the league in my 2nd year, and Europa League. Wasn't expecting it to happen this fast. Almost won the title in year 1, but collapsed in the last 10 games of the season didn't have enough depth players got tired. Had some amazing youth talent:
      -Tielsmans
      -Goretzka
      -Joel Campbell
      - Kovacic
      - Lacazette
      -Zouma
      - Scuffet

The dumbest thing was that the money doesn't transfer over to the next season I had 36 mill at the end of the season from winning Europa League and winning the title, but when the new season begins new transfer budget set and I hat only 25.5 mill. Now I don't know what to do I don't want to be Swansea, I wouldn't mind signing with a new team in my current manager mode because it'll be nice to see where that team goes from if I leave. Or I can begin a complete new manager mode.

I got sacked by West Brom unfortunately, so I've decided to give it a go starting a new career mode with Granada. Really enjoying playing in a league other than the BPL for once, have some nice technical players. Think the board is again expecting too much from me as they did when I was with West Brom. I think with the quality on the team it'd be great to just avoid relegation, I know Granada is 18th in the league right now.

Wow, awesome, I never knew the trick for getting people loaned out. Thanks!

I'll have to do that next year. As it stands, I have probably 4 young guys who are just rotting on my bench because I couldn't get them loaned out.

Yup! No problem. It works like a charm. I remember having Sebastian Blanco sitting on the bench all year in my West Brom Career Mode. He finally played one game in the FA Cup and I was able to sell him off. Was able to get all the guys I wanted loaned out or transferred to leave so it worked perfectly.

Some tough fixtures in this episode with matches against Villarreal, Athletic Bilbao, and Levante. These matches could be huge as it will not get any easier since we will start off the third episode with a match against Barcelona.

Does anyone know of a good CDM I could get for cheap? I'm not sure how much I'll have to spend as I want to get Ings and possibly Schmeichel too. I asked the board for 10mill as they said we needed to strengthen the midfield so we'll see if I get that. I was looking at Malanda, Imbula or Jorge. Everton said the wanted 15mill for McCarthy so I probably won't get him. I also approached Delph on a Pre-Contract so hopefully I'll get him for next season. Any other suggestions?

Hmm. Try Liam Bridcutt or Oriol Romeu.

Newcastle United 2015/16 Season: November 2015

                    (EL 4 A) 3-0 win v Standard Liege (Aubameyang (10', (p) 45+1', Ciman (og) 66') (Ciman s/o 83')

A fine away win in the Europa League puts us top of Group H going into the final two group games in December. Aubameyang gave us an early lead, slotting in at the near post after some good play by Cabella allowed the Gabonese star to cut in, latch on to a through ball and beat the keeper. The lead was doubled just before half time, Ciman fouling Cabella in the box. Aubameyang blasted the penalty into the top left, sending the keeper the wrong way. Ciman's night progressively got worse from there as he inadvertently put us 3-0 up after Dybala header that was going wide, bounced off Ciman and went in. Ciman then capped his abysmal night with a red card, getting a second yellow for a rash challenge on Cabella.

                    11. (A) 5-5 draw v Hull City (Aubameyang 11', Sissoko 29', Montero 45', Santon 51', Dybala 79') (Fernandao 22', 47', 58', 85', Sagbo 90+4')

An amazing game at the KC Stadium, however, for fans of the team, the players and myself, it was a bitterly disappointing match for us as threw away the lead on multiple occasions. We took a quick lead via an Aubameyang shot from the edge of the box. Hull equalised through Fernandao striking a volley past Krul which was simply too hot to stop. We scored two more before half time, Sissoko with a well placed shot around the keeper and Montero with a mazy run ending with a 1-2 pass with Dybala before tapping into an empty net. Hull made it 3-2, Fernandao getting his second with a header from a corner. Santon restored the 2 goal gap with a neat finish from 25 yards. Fernandao got his hat-trick just before the hour mark, beating the offside trap before rounding Krul and firing in. We restored the 2 goal lead AGAIN when Dybala burst through the defence and lobbed McGregor in the Hull goal. Hull managed to somehow salvage a point though, Fernandao getting his 4th of the game to make it 5-4 after a scramble in the box ended up with him poking the ball in from close range. Hull sensed an opportunity and send on Yannick Sagbo on 88 minutes...6 minutes later, he was the man who rescued a point for Hull, heading home a Huddlestone corner with the last touch of the game to knock the wind out of us and leave us with only a point which in truth is a fair result but after throwing away the lead so much, I'm going to make wholesale changes in my defence.

                    12. (H) 2-0 win v Southampton (Dybala 4', 60')

After the Hull game, I demanded a win from my players and they duly delivered, taking only 4 minutes to get in front, Dybala finishing off a great team move where I think everyone bar the keeper and defence got touches in. Southampton offered very little going forward and on one of their rare forays forward, we struck again, Dybala getting his and our second on the hour mark, rifling in from 12 yards out after breaking past the two Southampton CB's.

                    13. (A) 2-2 draw v Spurs (Dybala 72', Cabella 77', Krul s/o 39') (Paulinho 22', 67', Soldado missed pen 39')

Very lucky to get a point here in this game, Spurs went in front after some scrappy defending by us allowed Paulinho a chance from 6 yards which he couldn't miss. Our evening got worse when we lost our keeper Krul to a straight red after he tripped Soldado. Back up keeper Karl Darlow had to come on and was given the unenviable task of going up against a Soldado spot kick, which the young keeper saved after diving high to his left. We struggled to create chances as Spurs' man advantage seemed to be a major issue for us. Spurs doubled their lead when Paulinho received the ball 20 yards out and sent a slow curling effort over everybody, beating Darlow who in all fairness couldn't see much of the shot due to the players in his way. Spurs' second seemed to bond us more than them though as we threw everything at them, Dybala reduced the deficit with a diving header from a corner. Five minutes later, we were level, Cabella smacking in a trademark free kick which had Lloris completely bamboozled. The team showed such togetherness. Unlike the Hull result, this draw feels like a win in many aspects.

                    14. (H) 2-1 win v Arsenal (Dybala 12', 73') (Giroud (p) 82')

This win could end up being one of the key results of the season for us as any win over a team challenging alongside us for Champions League qualification is a big result. Again, Paulo Dybala was the difference maker as he's proven to be in a fair few games since his debut. His first goal was probably his scrappiest, but they all count the same, a header deflected into his path which ended up in the back of the net after a slight scramble between both sets of players. His second was sublime though, receiving the ball 30 yards out, taking a slight step forward before having the audacity to chip Szczesny from that range, St James' Park erupted after such a magnificent goal. Arsenal provided a late scare though, Giroud converting a penalty after a mistimed challenge from Janmaat. The last few minutes were tense as Arsenal piled forward, reserve keeper Darlow making a string of great saves to protect our lead. We should have put the result beyond doubt in injury time as we broke away with Dybala going one on one with the Szczesny, his curling effort cannoned off the post and out though, but the referee blew his whistle right after that as we celebrated a major win in our fight to get CL football back here next season.

                    Thoughts on November

Great to be undefeated throughout November, getting key results against teams in and around the European places. The 5-5 draw at Hull was a stark reminder though that as much as we're good going forward, we are still vulnerable at the back. This is something I plan on strengthening in the January transfer window. Special praise for Paulo Dybala after setting the PL alight with 11 goals in 8 league games so far. As a warning to the rest of the PL, I must say this lad is only just getting started. Also very pleased with Karl Darlow filling in when Krul was suspended, showed how cool he is under pressure when stepping up to save the penalty in the Spurs game. He'll be pushing for the #1 shirt next season for sure.

A very tough month ahead for us as we will be playing 7 games in the space of 3 and a half weeks, the squad have to work as a strong unit as I will be forced into altering lineups for each game to keep fitness levels at a good enough rate to stop us faltering. Hopefully a win in our first game on the 3rd v Braga will mean I can name a youthful side in the Zurich game as a win v Braga guarantees out spot in the EL knockout rounds. Stick with us fans, it'll be a bumpy ride at times, but we're steadying the ship and heading for the promised land of CL qualification if we continue at this pace.

                    Fixtures for December

I am in 4th year with pool and picked up Casemiro from RM. He has been pretty solid and has improved as well. I also grabbed varane from them who wasnt as expensive as you would think and has been phenominal and getting better each year.

If you ever think about needing a RB to replace johnson, Yedlin has out grown clyne and Leno is a phenominal backup GK...Just make sure you give him a backup role. I made that mistake and now he wants so much time.

Anywho, those are who I have acquired along with Jese Rodriguez whos been great, Isco, welbeck etc.

Those who have performed poorly: Carvalho, Teilmans (Teilmans hasnt played too much and maybe the reason for lack of form is his lack of time and experience).

Carvalho is listed as a cdm and honestly, after the third year right before I bought him his slide tackle was 90 and standing tackle was 93 but bad pace. The pace isnt the problem, even with his outrageous tackle stats, he doensnt tackle! Maybe due to agility or some speed but he stunk. I used him as a CB for a while and he did perform better there but I had to sell him a year later as he wasnt worth the 16 mil I paid....Im a moron.
