If anyone remembers I posted about the game not awarding me the title after being joint top on points with juve but having won the games against them anyway I reloaded the save and conceded the title to them so was determined to win it clearly this year it was damn close again and a 6 game winning run at the end was enough to clinch it for me.

after conceding over 50 goals in the last 2 season I brought in forster in goal wow what a difference he made only let in 33 he was constantly in the news bit getting praise he pulled off incredible saves all season



still no cutscene though after winning it I guess only the top teams have a trophy cutscene so disappointing..oh well on to next season I badly want that champions league I got to the last 8 this season but chelsea went beserk on me and I lost 4-3 on agg im starting to think its near impossible to win it on legendary with a half decent side

so I don't have access to creating a new thread or a dynasty thread. so ill have to settle for here (which probably isn't a bad thing)

I am going to start a new career mode, but you (anyone who votes), will choose what path I take, and decide all major decisions!


kinks will probably be worked out along the way on how this works best. but im not looking for everyone to vote for me to go to a top club and sign top players etc, but if that's what u choose, then so be it...

more so, i'm hoping you the people, keep it realistic. force me to take a new job, force me to make average management decisions (just like what happens in real life). force me to pick another striker instead of signing a much needed GK in the transfers! make it hard for me!



on transfers, ill get u to choose where and what to scout for, and players who show up will be the options to choose from

Id say stay in the EPL. All the stadiums and faces are nice. Ive watched HK and Moose have great careers with west brom and west ham....I would have to say try a swansea or a south hampton. Both are fun to play with, both have talented teams. You will be fighting for glory and not just handed it with typical chelsea, united and city modes. I choose liverpool because I wanted to bring them back to EPL champs but through 3 season, Ive only won FA cup/Europa league title. Finished 4th,4th and 3rd in the league. This year I retooled with el sharawaay and Toni Kroos.

Id look for guys such as Leno and gk, yedlin is good but I think you may have to wait in your first year. Casemiro in midfield (tielmanns sucked for me). There are a million options as well. Alderwieldel sp? for cb etc. Those guys arent a hefty wage and will bring production

EDIT: I would also say make the finances strict, and do not start your career mode with the transfer window, play your season til the winter window with the team you have. Thats realistic. No champs league etc. Use a the community sliders with some adjustments if you have used them previously and feel comfortable and play no less than 10 min, if you have that time. I used to play 8 and the move to 10 min was enlightening

Do the community sliders work on last gen? I'm starting a CM with Swansea tomorrow on '15 and am still on the ps3 so was wondering if they were still good on last gen.

but I wont play every game, ill sim more often than not. just looking for something different in regards to all you people forcing me to make good or possibly bad choices to make it interesting, and to get through a few seasons reasonably quickly and see where it takes us!!

So I purchased a 4*/4* scout for a little under 7mill... leaving me with approximately 5mill in transfer budget.


were sitting mid table as we reach the mid season transfer period... we only have one dedicated LB in the team, and he is the lowest rated in the first team.. although some 1st team spots are taken up by some old blokes, so some young blood is also needed for other postions..


so


Choice 3: A: Transfer in a new higher rated left back, to bolster team quality, but also add depth in the position.
B: Transfer in younger, lesser rated, cheap LB to improve depth.
C: no signings, sell a couple of players so I can afford another 4*4* youth Scout

I thought Matt10 had stated that the settings would probably work for last gen...Also, I believe in the sliders section they do have last gen sliders.

And swansea should be fun, them or southhampton. Swansea has decent talent, a good young manager. And of course your going to wanna find good youth players, but without a doubt you will have to sign some players and not just rely on the youth since that could take a couple seasons and cause a relegation waiting for them.

Those were the two teams who I was going to start a career with if I wasnt so into getting pool to the top of the EPL.

Just started up a Career Mode after finally choosing a club to start with in Middlesbrough. The squad has some nice young talent in Kenneth Omeruo (20, CB, 69 OVR), Patrick Bamford (20, ST, 65 OVR), Jason Steele (23, GK, 69 OVR), Kike (24, ST, 71 OVR). I also just loaned Jordon Ibe from Derby County, and I'll more than likely be looking to buy him permanently if he can develop here at Middlesbrough.

I just now purchased Gyasi Zardes from LA Galaxy, too, for $4.00M. A bit pricey, but worth it for a young, big, pacey striker like Zardes. Should be a great addition if he can develop into a top player.

I'm doing a Swansea CM (posting it in the last-gen thread, feel free to read it some great reads there.) and I need a pacey striker to have something different up front to Bony and Gomis. Any suggestions?

I'd suggest Martins from Sounders FC, Ya Konan from Al-Ittihad, and Batshuayi from Marseille. Got Batshuayi to a 90 last year with 91 sprint speed.
