I've also just made the switch from Professional, default. Before the switch, I fired up a career mode with Bournemouth, and was sat top of the table on 18 points after 8 games (6-0-2).

After switching to legendary and using Resurrection's slider tweaks, I beat Watford 4-1 and then lost to Man City 3-0. Will do some more testing later and report back.

Curious to see all settings.

Just played the preseason tourney final with these edits and the game was surprisingly amazing. (This is coming from pro, default sliders).

I lost 0-1, couldn't score (as expected). Game felt great tho...would like to see your entire set.

Excellent. Will give these a go tonight. What camera do you use, out of curiosity?

Someone posted tele broadcast, 16-4 and I tried (and liked) that last night. Trying to find the right medium of being 'close to the action' while not sacrificing the ability to be able to see more of the pitch. I don't use radar--as I feel it takes away from the authenticity.

one possible really bad part about legendary is the absolute lack of goals. i normally play 7 mins on fifa but this year im on 8 in my career mode, and the goals in 8 games are only 13. the average in my league is 18-22 per team combined goals for and against. so ya, thats a huge problem. 1.625 goals per game for both teams per match is a total snore fest.

ive attempted to address this by bringin cpu goaltender to 35, mine to 40. cpu marking to 35, mine to 40.

I use Matt/orion slider, 10 min halves with Liverpool on Legendary.

I will tell you I think i'm an above average player. Heck, bro and I play co-op and are consistently winning 8 out of 10 games. On that note.....

Legendary is phenomenal. I am 4-4-6 with liverpool. 0 gol difference and sitting 12th in the table...Pretty realistic for how liverpool is playing and their schedule toughness to start the year. I assume I will finish between 5-8th this year maybe crack into champions league as I am playing slightly better football and im developing Danny Ings and others in training.

I will tell you the key is to contain on defense..Not with a team mate but manually closing passing lanes, don't rush into tackles. I am managing a BPL side so if I make a mistake or pull a player out of position..like in the real world, i am going to pay the consequences.

I get frustrated because I am a liverpool supporter but realize that its my mistakes causing me to lose games and every replay I watch and the build up to the opponents goal, i realize my mistake and is justified.

I have scored phenomenal goals, I have conceded outstanding goals, this game is a blast. Timing your shots and when your man jumps for headers in the game must be accurate or you will not get the shot on target or not even a piece of the ball. It was like this a bit last year but more extreme this year.

When you play solid D and contain/cut passing lanes off and not lunge into tackles, the cpu will make mistakes. Slowly working their defense and having some build up play will cause them to make tackles out of frustration and open up lanes for your team. Setting up your players work rate/positioning in your team sheet is a must.

Anyways, I just wanted to say, legendary this year has been a struggle but has also become the most rewarding. If you use matt/orion sliders your looking for realistic gameplay....Dont change that by playing with your squad unrealistically. Make good challenges, play solid D, build your attack as you go up the field and you will enjoy it as much as myself.

Lower the keepers to the 15-20 range. I used the suggested Legendary slider set from the sliders sub-forum.

Routinely see 3-4 goal matches. And, as mentioned, it's a fair experience.

so i had to reduce gk to 15 per os slider set. otherwise, jesus, no goals.

I was afraid of this.

The game I played last night felt great, but it was 1-0, and they scored in the 8'.

There were a few chances for me to score, but it was super difficult to create chances. I chalk this up to not being the best at this game--and need more work.

If you've played a bunch with hardly any goals, we've got some work to do to help create chances around the goal.
