Finally got a Milan MM going. I play 15 minute halves on Pro with manual passing settings and semi shoot and cross. Considering changing those to manual as well, but it is too hard to shoot on manual. Got passing down fine save for the occasional brain cramp, but shooting was just too much.
Anyways I am one match away from the winter break and it has been an interesting season so far. Won and drew my first match, then went to hell. After 8 matches I had 10 points and thought I was in big trouble. I lost some confidence, but somewhat have righted the ship.
I am in 6th position on 23 points after 14 matches but am 17 points behind Inter. They are 13-1-0! I played them two match days back and went up 1-0 before giving up 3 straight in the second half. Just finished the 3rd round of Coppa and crushed Lazio, but Inter was knocked out by Cagliari which was shocking. 0-0 first leg and then a 2-1 Cagliari win at Inter sealed it. Kind of crazy.
Udinese is second and Roma, Fiorentina, and Juventus are ahead of me in order. I am a couple points out of third so not too far back. I unloaded some dead weight before the season and brought in Hernanes and Clint Dempsey. Trying to find some Italians through scouting, but so far no luck. I need some more players as it has been tough to field a fit and rested squad during the past couple weeks with Cup matches. I keep my fitness coach at six as it makes me rotate which I like. Will also make some purchases over the break as the board told me to spend.
May jump up a level as I am playing much better. For me the biggest issue is making that one mistake to give up goals. Need to get better at that. On offense I am fine and have been scoring some great goals. This game still has some issues that need to be ironed out, but I am having alot more fun playing this then in 08/09. Can't wait for the WC version.
