Played several games last night, now in mid-December, about to play Bayern Munich at home in the 3rd round of the cup. A few weeks prior I fought hard for an away draw against them, tying the game at 1-1 in the 81st on a Hajnal FK:

I didn't lose last night, however I gave away a few points by surrendering second half leads to Freiburg and Hoffenheim for disappointing draws. I did demolish the (at the time) top of the table Stuttgart 3-0 at home with all the goals coming in the first half. I believe I'm sitting in 4th at the moment, although I've been bouncing between 3-5 depending on other results.Comment

Finished my first season with QPR, wound up 2nd, and promoted.
So far I've signed K.Gilbert and J. Culina in the summer period.

I'm coming up on the January transfer period in my first season with Wolverhampton. To refresh, this was the MM where it wouldn't let me sign ANYBODY, and even told me that my roster was full when it wasn't. However, I'm encouraged now b/c the team has been doing well and the Director is encouraging me to spend money on players. However, they're only letting me sell one player b/c I sold a bunch earlier, and they're worried about disrupting the core of the team.
I'll update later on the results. I'm targeting several players in their mid-20's or younger with ratings in the mid-70's, though I don't really have the budget to spend more than $5 million for a transfer fee. Also looking at a few free agents, though I notice you have to overpay their salaries (relative to their skill), in exchange for the fact that they don't cost you any transfer fee.
Has anybody been able to sign a loaned player? I loaned a few out last season, but couldn't acquire any on loan.Comment

As Newcastle I tried to sign LB Fabio from Man U on loan but he wouldn't accept. I offered him a salary so his interest was 80%, Man U had him transfer listed for a loan but he still said "He would be just one player among many" or something like that. Which was strange because my only LB is Jose Enrique and Fabio was rated better so would have started for me.Comment

Just finished a season with Udinese. Cant remember my exact record but I finish ranked 5th in the league... Failed both of my Board Expectations but some how didnt get fired and was able to re-sign.
Anyway, At the beginning of the season, I signed 20 yr old ST Daniel Sturridge from Chelsea.. used him as an impact sub. He scored about 6 goals the whole season (which I think is pretty good considering I only brought him on the field at half time If my team was losing). Anyway, the whole reason why I signed him was because I wanted to develop him, but after a pretty good year he is still rated the same at 75.
Anybody have an idea as to why he didnt progress any?Comment

Just finished my second season with Leeds, and we won the Championship Division this year to be promoted into the Premier League. We also won the FA Cup and the Europa League (won the FA cup last year). I keep getting great draws. Birmingham and Genoa were my finals this year. My custom tactic for 5-4-1 is working brilliantly with Mr. Beckford getting me a brace on the counter. So I have obtained the 5 star rating and got job offers at:
Man U
Chelsea
Tottenham
Money City
Inter Milan
Barcelona
Valencia
Real Madrid
I am an Arsenal supporter so most of these teams are a big no no. I took the money and ran off to Real Madrid. I have a budget of 210 mil quid. I am use to a 10 mil budget. Times are a changing for me.Comment

Has anyone tested saving at the end of the season and re-starting a bunch of times to see if you get the glitch? I meant to do this but accidentally overwrote my end of season save.
