Round 5 of Capital One Cup I'm Aston Villa playing West Ham. **** game, we're all the way to 2nd extra time and it is 2-2. West Ham defense just screws a pass up I intercept with Cleverley, see Agbonlahor running on the side, I pass it to the man, get near the box, pull away from the defender and just let it rip, ball goes across the goal into the top corner, it is min 120 already, I freak out here. West Ham kicks off referee blows full time. Damn what a crazy victory for me, thing is round 4 of the cup we face Liverpool. Fun over.

You can do it! They might play an alternative lineup anyway so don't lose hope so early. How far are you into this career?Comment

Re: How's Your FIFA Career Mode Going?
First year of career. I had stopped playing fifa a bit but now that I'm finishing my last semester in college only 2 more exams and I graduate, I have gotten more free time to play so I finally got back to gaming. I sure do hope so that Liverpool play their B team versus me, because Benteke alone is not enough most games.Playing: Nba 2k11 (360)

I'm not sure about PS3 as I had an Xbox 360 before my PS4, but I'm assuming yes you should be able to do the same process with screenshot/USB, etc. As for the phone, I have no idea if that would work.Check out my Pitt Panthers Dynasty (NCAA Football 14)

Re: How's Your FIFA Career Mode Going?
Millwall really made you suffer in the first game and then you come back at them with a comfortable 3-1 victory great game! They weren't nearly as dangerous as they were at the Den. I think a lot of it came down to your player selection. Now you know: speed kills Millwall!Check out my Pitt Panthers Dynasty (NCAA Football 14)

Re: How's Your FIFA Career Mode Going?
I hope everyone who wanted to vote has voted because the poll has come to an end. The results were, once again, really even and we have multiple winners but this time I will pick the team that I will use. Let's take a look at the results.
There were 23 votes in the poll which is a big amount in my opinion. One of those votes was given to the option of not using any of the teams in the poll. In second-to-last and third-to-last places we have Udinese and Aston Villa. Those two teams received two votes each which eliminates them. Then we have two teams that got three votes per team and those two teams are Burnley and maybe my favourite Malaga. Anyway, there were three teams that shared equally 12 votes. Those teams were Hellas Verona, Southampton and Villarreal. Congratulations to them for winning. I would make a poll with those three teams but I don't want to wait anymore. At the end I will be making the decision on which team to use but your opinion matters as well. Please tell me what you would like to see.
Hellas Verona
Country: Italy
League Serie A
Transfer Budget: €3,000,000
Best Player: Luca Toni, 78 Ovr (I edited him because he was second in the goal chart last season)
Pros
- It would be a fun challenge
- They have a couple of players with good potential
- The squad is alright
- Luca Toni, Nico Lopez and Rafael Marquez
Cons
- A terrible budget
- Huge amount of players are only on loan, Nico Lopez for example
- The squad is getting old
Southampton FC
Country: England
League: BarclaysPremier League
Transfer Budget: €11,000,000
Best Player: Morgan Schneiderlin, 80 Ovr, Dusan Tadic, 80 Ovr
Pros
- Fully licensed league
- A good budget
- A good squad
- Many high-potential players
Cons
- Lacking squad depth in some positions
- They don't have that good of a defence
Villarreal CF
Country: Spain
League: Liga BBVA
Transfer Budget: €8,000,000
Best Player: Giovani dos Santos, 81 Ovr
Pros
- A good squad
- A lot of high-potential players
- An alright budget
- Balanced squad
Cons
- Some important players are old
- There is some way to the top of the league
That's it. Choose your favourite one and let me know. You will have an impact on the decision.

Re: How's Your FIFA Career Mode Going?
Hey! It's me again. I'm going to have another go at updating.
Man United Super League
I've decided to do a Super League as United. Here are the teams included:
(In alphabetical order)
Arsenal, Atletico Madrid, Bourissa Dortmund, Chelsea, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Porto, Shalake, Fenerbache, Galatasary, Juventus, Man City, Man United, Napoli, PSG, Real Madrid, Roma, Benfica, Sevilla, Zeint.
The board want me to finish mid table, and reach the L16 of the cup. I should be able to achieve that. I'll be using € in this CM
Ok, I'm going to dive right in and show some of my transfer business. This isn't all of it, this is just the July update. Here we go. The transfers will be in headline form, like in a newspaper.
Man United rumoured to be interested in Neven Subotic and Marco Varretti.
Paddy Mac Nair (57) and Sam Thorpe (60) loaned out.
Man United sign Marco Varretti (80) for €22,500,000, on a four year deal.
Sam Jonstone (60) loaned out.
Sam Obita (67) (LB) has joined from Ipswich for €4,000,000, 5 year deal.
Reece James (56) has been loaned out.
Neven Subotic could be joining, Chris Smalling on the way out?
Subotic (82) has joined for €18,000,000 + Chris Smalling (76).
Will Keane (60) has been loaned out.
Ben Amos (65) has been sold to Nottingham Forest for €315,000.
Anderson (73) has gone to Monaco for €4,000,000.
Strongest XI
GK: De Gea 83
RB: Rafael 77
CB: Subotic 82
CB: Rojo 80 (+1)
LB: Shaw 75
CDM: Blind 79
CM: Varretti 80
CM: Mata 85
CAM: Di Maria 86
ST: Rooney 86 (captain)/ Falcao 88
ST: Van Persie 88 (vice-captain)
Bench: Lindengraad 77, Jones/Evans both 79, Valencia 80, Janujaz 75, Fellani 79, Herrera 79, Falcao/Rooney.
Next Time: July has gone what about August? New players rumoured to be joining as we face Dortmund away in the league, and Barcelona at home.
I hope you enjoyed my post. Any feedback will be appreciatedLast edited by cathal; 12-04-2014, 12:53 PM.Comment

@Simppu12- I'm voting Hellas Verona, I did vote Aston Villa but I'm going with Hellas because obviously Serie A. Love the league and considering how one sided it is with Juve, I'm liking how people are stepping up to the challenge.
In regard to my advent. It has been discontinued. Sorry.Comment

Re: How's Your FIFA Career Mode Going?
Wycombe Wanderers
FIFA 14
Season 2
2014/15
April 2015
Chris Russell in the Youth Academy wanted out so I decided to take a chance on the 18 y/o. He came out as a LB/RB with 53 OVR and his potential is 71-75. To be honest I think he is more suited to being a CB as his Sprint Speed and Acceleration are terrible. He is 6'3" though and his Aggression, Interceptions, Marking and Standing Tackle are all in the 60's and his Strength and Sliding Tackle are in the high 50's. We will try to get him out on loan in the next window.
Match 41
Swindon Town 0-1 Wycombe
Kretzschmar 75'
Man of the Match: Louis Laing
Match 42
Wycombe 3-0 Plymouth Argyle
Kretzschmar 4'
Sarmov 7'
Plano 52'
Man of the Match: Sam Wood
Recap:
We started off brilliantly when an attack in the 4th minute saw Wood cross it for Kretzschmar to head down into the net. Sarmov added another 3 minutes later when he tackled the CB and powered through to finish with his left foot. Chances followed from Plano and McCoy before on 43 minutes Plymouth had a great chance to pull one back but it was put wide. We came out all guns blazing in the 2nd half and 7 minutes in Plano extended our lead to 3 when Wood assisted his second and slid him through to finesse finish it past the out coming keeper. Late on Morias missed a header from a Scowen corner with it going just wide.
Wycombe Wanderers have been named the Football League 1 Champions for the 2014/15 season. We achieved our 2nd League Title in succession with 4 games to go.
Match 43
Wycombe 3-0 Bury
Pittman 6' 72'
Laing 40'
