He's a cracking player, at least at Championship level. Though with a couple of points worth of growth, he could bang in 10 or 12 goals in the Premier League once you go up. As for your run in the Capital One Cup, what a great achievement it would be to beat City over two legs and then win the final. You've already won the FA Cup, if I'm not mistaken. It'd be nice to add a different piece of silverware, plus you'd have Europa League next season to supplement your income. But there's also the added workload to consider, so you might have a different priority, but I'd be going all-out to win the League Cup. Excited to see how your career progresses, this is proving to be as exciting as Chico's time at Wimbledon. Perhaps a bit more so because you actually buy players!

Well excuse me for trying to stay true to the club's core values! I didn't want to lose the Wimbledon feel [emoji24][emoji24][emoji22] :'( haha Tex's career is amazing though love how you've built the squad up!

      Season Thoughts:

I am happy with how the season went considering how we started but once we started to build up a bit of momentum we were making some real progress and only just missed out on that last europa league spot. The loss to FC Koln ultimately ended our europa league hopes, a victory would have seen us a point behind at the time, but honestly I think it would have been too soon for European football.

Sabitzer had another standout season and he scored 22 of the 38 league goals we scored which underlines his importance to the team. With that said if an offer comes in from a top club we would not deny him that dream move should it arise.

We decided to take up the option on signing all 4 players on loan after they all impressed and we may look to loan 1 or 2 of them out next season but we will evaluate that during pre season. We also signed midfielder Mustafa Al Dossadi from out U18s side after an impressive season in the youth side.

Hopefully next season we can go on a cup run but ultimately I will be aiming for a europa league spot after just missing out this season.

Re: How's Your FIFA Career Mode Going?

        Portsmouth FC
        FIFA 15 - Season 3

        Pompey's March to the Top

        Winter Transfer Window

        Transfers Out

CB, Ben Chorley, 63 Overall, 34 yrs old, England - £70,000 to Doncaster Rovers
CB, Adam Webster, 62 Overall, 22 yrs old, England - £300,000 to Crewe Alexandra

        Transfers In

CB, Daniel Ayala, 71 Overall, 26 yrs old, Spain - Free Transfer from Middlesbrough

After an apparent falling out with management at Middlesbrough and with his contract expiring, Portsmouth inquired into their asking price for the Spanish player. It appears that things were worse than what was initially believed as the club essentially said that he was free to join Portsmouth as long as they were willing to take on his wages. Portsmouth jumped on the opportunity and signed the defender to join immediately on a free transfer. He will bring a lot of experience to the middle of the defense and will likely create a partnership with Harry Maguire in the middle.

CM, Daniel Williams, 70 Overall, 27 yrs old, United States - Pre-Contract Agreement from Reading FC

Danny Williams has agreed to join Portsmouth next season on a free transfer once his contract expires. Berhalter contacted the American international as soon as the window opened up and it didn't take much time for the two to come to an agreement on the wages and Portsmouth will have another experienced midfielder next season who can play in both a box-to-box role and in the holding position as well.

ST, Lars Veldwijk, 69 Overall, 25 yrs old, Netherlands - Pre-Contract Agreement from Nottingham Forest

With Matt Tubbs set to leave the club after this season, Berhalter began his search for a replacement striker. He made contact with Lars Veldwijk at Nottingham Forest and decided to sign a player that the squad had been lacking since he took over. Veldwijk is a massive target man who is a huge aerial threat. Next season he will join Jamieson and Drennan as the options at striker for the club.

Re: How's Your FIFA Career Mode Going?

          RB Leipzig 2016/17
          Season 3

          Budget - £8,500,000
          Wages - £40,000

          Ins & Outs:
          uploadfromtaptalk1438552297591.png
There were some huge departures in this window with Bruno joining Wolfsburg and Sabitzer joining Schalke both players getting the opportunity to play European football, something which we felt we couldn't stand in the way of. Sabitzer's buyout of £7,500,000 was activated as soon as a top 4 7,500,000 club bid for his services and Levurkusen did just that. We managed to bring in 9 players in this window, a mixture of experience and youth, which adds depth to the squad which I felt ee have lacked in the last 2 years.

          Pre-Season:
          uploadfromtaptalk1438552478991.png

          August 2016:
          uploadfromtaptalk1438552510277.png
3 wins from 4 was the perfect start to the season, and I felt that we have improved defensively compared to last season, with the signing of Süle making a huge difference. Izet Hajorovic has made an immediate impact with 4 assists in his first 4 games and he looks a real bargain. I will admit that we do miss Sabitzer up front with Unal struggling to make any sort of impact really and is most likely set for a loan spell in January.

          Formation: 4 - 2 - 3 - 1
          uploadfromtaptalk1438552701513.png
We have opted to continue with this formation after the success we had towards the end of the season. It gives Werner, Brandt & Hajorovic the freedom to do what they want which is when they are at their best. The addition of Felipe Melo adds a bit of quality and experience to the midfield and at £2 million was a deal I couldn't turn down.

          Squad List:
          uploadfromtaptalk1438552883299.png
There is a lot more depth to the squad this year, we may have a few midfielders but all understand that they are future first team players but are likely to get a run out at some point in the season.

          Thanks for Reading
          Any Comments Appreciated.

McGrandles played a give and go with Murphy and got the ball back on the left side of the goal and slotted it into the bottom left corner. McGrandles got the ball on the right side of the box and used a series of touches to beat two defenders and then fire it inside the near post. McGrandles was brought down inside of the box and he converted the penalty into the top right corner to complete his hat-trick. Hahn was pulled down inside the box and McGrandles used a hesitation on the penalty before putting it into the top right corner for his fourth of the night.

Capital One Cup Semi-Final Leg 1
            Portsmouth FC 4 - 0 Manchester City

The ref awarded a penalty and Pack stepped up to the spot and used a hesitation before blasting the ball into the top left corner. Smith cleared the ball while City was pressing forward and it went over the top of the defense where Russell was the first to get to the ball and go through on goal before beating Hart low to the far post. Russell was taken down in the box after catching the defense again on the counter and Pack stepped up again and finished to the top left as Hart went the right direction but too low.

            Portsmouth FC 3 - 2 Crystal Palace
            POR - Pereira 18', 45', Pack 79'
            CRY - Lima 51', Williams 89'

Drennan pushed the ball down the right side of the box and sent a low cross in for Pereira to slide and tap in. Drennan found Pereira at the edge of the box and he used his left foot to finesse the ball into the bottom right corner. Ledley won the ball on the left wing and sent a cross in for Lima to head past the keeper as he attempted to punch it away. Hahn played the ball to Pack on the right side of the goal and he took a touch before firing it inside the near post. Lima sent a cross in from the left wing and found Williams for the header into the bottom right corner.

            Bolton Wanderers 2 - 1 Portsmouth FC
            BOL - Baptiste 41', Clough 50'
            POR - Jamieson IV 45'
            MOTM: Holla

Baptiste played a great give and go with Clough to get the ball back on the right side of the goal and slot it home on the near post. Jamieson was first to a loose ball on the edge of the box and took a touch to his left to power the ball into the top left corner. Davies and Clough worked a great series of passes to finally get Clough free on the left side he placed the ball across the goal into the bottom right corner.

Capital One Cup Semi-Final Leg 2
            Manchester City (1) 1 - 2 (6) Portsmouth FC
            MCI - Duda 19'
            POR - Pereira 50', Nugent 61'
            MOTM: Smith

Duda made a great turn to beat his man and go through on goal and place it past the keeper for the opener. Russell was taken down right outside of the box and Pereira stepped up to the free kick and placed it just over the wall and into the top right corner. Holla sent a corner into the box and fund Nugent for a looping header over the keeper and the last defender to take away all hope for City and to push Portsmouth through to the final.

Pereira played the ball to Drenna on the edge of the box and he used a great turn to get through on goal and place it into the bottom left corner. Richardson sent a cross in to the box and found Agbonhalor for a header into the top left corner. Bannigan found Jamieson on a great run up the middle and he but the ball around a defender and fired a shot low past the keeper to force the replay.

League Play - Nothing has changed in the league as we still sit in 4th behind Leeds. I am still happy with how we are playing, but hopefully we can make a push upwards over the next few months.

F.A. Cup - We handled Watford easily with McGrandles turning out huge in that match, and then we went in to Aston Villa to force a replay at the start of next month. We get to head to our own field now and play in front of our fans. We don't want to let them down so we will be motivated to get it done out there.

Capital One Cup - No one gave us a chance, but we took it to City and they were never a threat to us once we took it to them early on. Scoring 4 at the Etihad essentially made the second leg irrelevant. Now we head to the final to face Liverpool for our chance to add another trophy to our collection.

Transfer Window - Three new players and no money spent. We brought in Daniel Ayala on a free transfer and he has joined us right away. Middlesbrough apparently had a falling out with him and they let him join us for nothing in return. Danny Williams and Lars Velkwijk have also agreed to terms to join us after this season once their contracts expire.

Ayala is a great signing for you and at a terrific price of nothing. Not a top CB by any means, but he will add to your squad and depth. I wonder if you'll put him straight into the first team or sort of get a feel for him first. Williams is a really athletic player from what I remember, and very much an improvement in depth if I'm not mistaken. I don't know too much about Veldwijk, but I'm sure you will extract what you need from him. So it should be interesting to see what moves you make in the summer.

Results were also very good for you this month. You walloped Watford and really gave us an exciting game against Palace. But my word, what have you done to City. Looks like they fielded a team of youth players and really underestimated you. I can't wait to see if you do the same thing to Liverpool. I'll be rooting for you!

Ayala ended up being a complete steal for me. I wanted to add another CB to pair with Maguire since I was pretty weak outside of him. I had about 5 targets picked out and as soon as the window opened I sent out inquiries. Got the first few back and was happy with some of the prices to try to go after, and then Ayala's me back at £0 so I threw everyone else aside and just said thank you very much. Veldwijk is just a big strong aerial threat pretty much. Has the trait for it and everything already. I haven't had a striker like that so I'm excited to have someone to throw out there for when I'm in desperation mode trying to get a goal

The two City games were just unbelievable. To walk away from the Etihad with a 4-0 win pretty much sealed the deal. Got lucky to earn two penalties, but even without those it still would have been 2-0. The next month is done but I didn't have time to get everything ready for the update before work so it will have to wait. Let's just say that the final against Liverpool had a lot of drama and came down to the very end. Won't say if I pulled it off or not though, should have it up in the next day or so though!

Also, it's been a while but I plan on going through and commenting on all of you guys soon!

                    AS MONACO
                    SEASON 5
                    LEGENDARY
                    PS4

                    Match 8

                    OGC Nice 0-2 AS Monaco
                    Ocampos 13
                    Dybala 67

Nice played well in this game. Their defence was strong, I couldn't attack down the middle and it was difficult to attack through Carrasco, as Camdal had him pinned. However, the first goal did come through Carrasco, Camdal had him in his pocket but another defender intervened and Carrasco got past him and played the ball in low for Ocampos to tap in for his first of the season. Hassen made a good save to his right to stop a low drive by Kondogbia. We made it 2 thanks to a swift counter. Aurier tackled his man and ran down the wing, playing it inside to Toulalan who played it through to Ocampos. He passed it to Dybala who took one touch to push the ball away from the sliding in defender and took a shot. It was saved but he fired in on the rebound. Hassen made a great save to deny Ocampos before Sourzac was forced into a good save.

                    Match 9

                    AS Monaco 3-3 FC Nantes
                    Dybala 10
                    Tersiev 14
                    Veretout 37 (OG)
                    Dybala 42
                    Gakpe 74
                    Shechter 85

Our impeccable record comes to an end. A 3-3 draw, not a bad way for it to. Our defence just seemed so much worse, and I think it was replacing Toulalan for a more attack minded Ferri from the start. We opened the scoring through a great curling effort into the top corner by Dybala. Our defence was pulled apart soon after, and a ball to Tersiev left him in acres of space to compose himself and then smash into the top corner. Sourzac made a good save to stop Deaux after a ball over the top. We took the lead again when Carrasco's ball in from a free kick was headed into his own net off the bar by Veretout, under pressure from Schneiderlin. Goal number 3 was an inch perfect low, calm effort into the very corner of the goal by Dybala. Any further right and it would have hit the post. And so came the Nantes domination. Deaux missed an unbelievable chance, firing over from 2 yards with the goal gaping in front of him. Gakpe pulled one back, firing in after his initial effort had been well saved by Sourzac. Bammou headed just wide before it happened. Shechter, who had just got on the pitch, fired into the top corner with his first touch after an absolute shambles in defence. Kurzawa gave the ball away and the ball through was awful and slow but somehow, Zouma stepped over it and Shechter ran onto it. Dybala almost spared the defences blushes, but Riou made a great save.

                    Match 10

                    EA Guingamp 0-2 AS Monaco
                    Dybala 5
                    Dybala 90

Guingamp were surprisingly difficult to break down, but they rarely threatened, the closest they came was with a header that was comfortably saved. Dybala opened the scoring, firing in hard and low after beating his marker. The game was rather dull but Dybala got a second late on, tapping the ball under the onrushing keeper to make it 2 and make sure of the win.

                    Thoughts

Dybala continued to tear up the league this month, now on 17 goals in 10 games, 10 more than his nearest rival. We conceded 3 times as many this month as we had in the previous 2 combined, in one game. However, I believe I worked out what went wrong and fixed it. If we continue this run, this season will be nowhere near as much of a challenge as I expected.

Re: How's Your FIFA Career Mode Going?

I came home today eager to get through a few games with FC Koln, especially since I'd got off to a rough start. We lost all three of our preseason games against Torino, Bordeaux and Crystal Palace. A 3-1 win over Hamburg in our season opener gave me renewed confidence, but the 2-2 draw at Stuttgart set us back a step.

Today started with a 2-1 loss in our third game, away at Paderborn. We drew Monchengladbach 1-1 and beat Hannover 3-0 before the 0-0 against Bayern sort of looked like putting us back on the right path. But things went downhill really fast. We lost to Eintracht Frankfurt 1-0 and Borussia Dortmund 3-1, and though we beat Werder Bremen 2-1 and Hertha BSC in the cup 1-0, it wasn't enough.

Two days before the Hoffenheim match, I received an e-mail from the board relieving me of my duties despite having won the last two games. I was in 13th place with a goal of finishing mid-table and hadn't been afforded the chance to strengthen my team, so I'm not sure exactly what went wrong. It was a shame because I'd really started getting into the spirit of the club and was looking to make some nice moves in January. Not sure what I want to do now.

Moose, really great job on winning the league. What a fantastic way to pick up the trophy for the Hammers, right in the title rivals' backyard! And the video was so well put together with all the clips from other games. I hope you do another season where you focus on the Champions League.

@indiblue it seems pretty harsh, 13th place in the league you were on track for a mid table finish with some good results especially the 0-0 with Bayern.

The board only ever seem to sack when things look like they are picking up.

Any ideas on what to do next, carry on with the jobs avaliable or start fresh?

Wow. Surely there's a way to make the board a little more complex and not just decide that if you're below their target, you instantly have to get sacked! EA won't ever focus on it but that would definitely be in my wishlist for future titles! Did you get any offers after getting fired that interest you?

September proved to be a difficult month for us with Wolfsburg, Schalke and Dortmund coming to the Red Bull Arena. Schalke were the only ones ti really dominate us but it shows the gap between the top clubs and us at the moment. We really needed 3 points against Freiburg looking at the games in that month but we just couldn't find a way past a stubborn defence but we are happy with a point and clean sheet away from home.

This month would have been a lot sweeter had we got the 3 points we deserved against Stuggart but you can't win them all I guess. Victory at the Allianz was amazing and as it got towards the last 10 minutes of the game the players were putting the bodies on the line blocking everything. Unal stepped up against Bayern with 2 well taken goals and a good performance all round which was pleasing.
In the cup we opted to go with our impressive crop of young talent and it paid off with a 3-0 victory over an inform Wolfsburg who have been on fire in the league as of late. The Cup will give thr younger players the chance to shine and hopefully push for the starting 11.

We currently sit 8th in the league which is a huge improvement on this time last season. The defeat to Stuggart is even more frustrating seeing that they over took us on the table. Schalke and Gladbach are really struggling this year which should be interesting to see as the season goes further but I doubt to see them in that position come the end of the season.

                            November Fixtures
                            Hamburg (a)
                            Bor.M'gladbach (h)
                            Augsburg (a)

Looking at these fixtures I am hoping for a minimum of 4 points with the home game being a must win for us against a struggling Gladbach side.

One thing I love about this game is some of the small details. I love hearing the "Pompey Chimes" chant during games. Especially when they start while I'm holding a lead in the last few minutes.
