I know I had to point that out before someone thought I was using the B-word there ...

        Bor. Dortmund Season 1

After a brilliant debut season in charge at Westfalenstadion Thomas Tuchel is looking to build on what he accomplished last season. With 78 points Dortmund set a Bundesliga record for the highest points tally for runners up and were only 3 points behind their own record set in the 2010/11 season. However with losing key players such as Mats Hummels and Ikay Gundogan, how will the Black and Yellows shape up this season.

        Press Conference

After a solid breakthrough season at Bor. Dortmund what are you looking to achieve this season?
There were certainly plenty of positives to be taken from the last season, I heard that 78 points would have won you the Bundesliga 46 out of 53 times but that's hey, that's football. We were good but Bayern were better and that's nothing to be ashamed of. We will looking to be competitive in all competitions this year the Bundesliga, Deutscher Pokal and Champions League, as far as we are concerned we can win everything.

You have lost some key players this season already, will there be any more departures and how will you adjust?
Losing Ikay and Mats came as a huge blow to us but they have both been good servants to this football club and we wish them all the best. We have bought in some good players so far and we plan to invest more. We have signed some promising youngsters and we feel they can make a huge impact now and in the future. As for departures its hard to say. We are looking to loan out a few players but nothing major really. It has been well documented the Henrik Mkhitaryan doesn't want to sign an extension with the club so we may have no option there especially with only a year running and a player of his quality will not be allowed to walk away for nothing.

Mario Gotze, Is there any truth that you are interested in bringing him back to the club?
The chairman has been very open with his desire to bring Mario back to the club. If it is a deal that we can make happen then never say never but I cant give a certain answer. Everyone would like a player like Mario in their team but wanting and getting are 2 different things. I would like Messi and Ronaldo as well but again it just isnt that simple. Obviously the fans are split 50 50 over the whole Gotze deal especially looking at the way he left the club but I'm sure they would come over.

Thanks for reading and the first proper update should hopefully be up later today or tomorrow. I will be following a few rules that I like to do with my careers such as a 25 man squad rule much like the Premier Leagues and selling players to top clubs much like Hummels and Gundogan were in reality should an offer come in hat meets my valuation.

The Euros have taken their toll on me, as well, and I haven't been advancing that much with Stuttgart. Also, I'm going abroad for two weeks tomorrow and I won't be posting during that period. I will be checking the thread, though.

Hopefully you don't become haters while I'm gone :P

Hmm no filter, what kind of game is Rabbit trying to play!

This is really weird that it lets you type it if it's plural but not singular lol. We've been on these forums for years now and we just are figuring this out.

                      Get your facts straight, *****.
Not a bad idea, definitely a good call Indi especially with Cresswell as the fullback on that side who can offer the overlap for Payet as he cuts inside if need be. Similar to how he was used at times this season IRL in all honesty. Some personnel changes may definitely shake up how we utilize the lineup in the coming weeks though that's for sure. *NO SPOILERS I PROMISE *

                          Press Conference

How well do you feel you have started the season so far?
I feel that we have made a very bright start to the Bundesliga season. We are scoring goals and keeping them out at the other end so overall I can't really complain. I don't really want to bring up the league table so early on in the season as there are still plenty of games to go but I feel if we can keep this level of performance up, especially what we showed again Levurkusen in out last game then I know we will be in and around the title picture for certain.

What is your reason for only selecting the 1 recognized striker in your 25 man squad? Is this a gamble in your opinion?
It's certainly not a gamble. We sold Adrian Ramos earlier in the window and I felt that we already had enough cover in that position should we get an injury to Aubameyang. Marco Reus can play up top which he has shown already this season as well as young Emre Mor who we signed this season so I think we are well covered in the forward department

How well do you think the new recruits have adjusted and did you complete all the business you needed to in the market?
I think the new lads have come in a settled tremendously well. I dont want to single anyone out because everyone has been brilliant but I have to say something about young Bartosz Kapustka. The boy is on fire. He already has 2 goals and 3 assists and is showing a real maturity for a player of only 18 years of age and if he carries this on then he is destined to have a huge future in the game. It was well documented that we were after Mario Gotze all summer and although we had the fee agreed with Bayern we just couldn't agree personal terms. I won't give the details of what went on but it certainly wasn't about the money and that's all Ill say on the matter.

FWIW, I wouldn't really mind if you had called me something worse than *****. Also, you definitely did tell Moose he was wasting Payet on the wing and putting undue pressure on him to play 4-1-2-1-2.
