Yes! That opening scene in Menace was amazing! First time we ever got to see TWO Jedi fighting side by side. And as soon as the blue lightsaber lit up the first question I had was "is that Obi-Wan?" Lol.

I don't think so. When we think balance we think of equal sides of the scale, but when it comes to the force having balance means having only one dominant energy. So in the prequels the force was unbalanced and it had been for a long time, because although the Jedi had huge numbers they could sense the dark side i.e. Palpatine and his master before him and his master before him. In the OT the balance was in favor of the dark side thanks to Order 66, but it wasn't completely in balance since there were still two Jedi roaming around (Obi-Wan and Yoda). That's why Darth Vader continued to hunt them. Once Anakin killed the emperor and became a Jedi again in the process he finally brought balance to the Force since now there was no Sith, only Jedi.

I think we have a Copa America in this current season though so really looking forward to that one!

My God! At least there isn't any long term injuries with the longest being 5 weeks. Better than 2 or 6 months. I don't mind having the injuries that you do since the players will miss a few games but I've always hated when you have a player miss the entire season because of an injury especially when that player is over 30. Hope Francomb recovers quick and gets his form back up right away!

Thanks man! Little spoiler here one of the LM/LW that I have my eye on is one of your own: Dani Pacheco. You've said great things about him and although he's not the fastest he's got incredible ball skills. And by the way I couldn't see him in your last Betis update. Is he no longer with your squad? It's great to see you went that far with Betis and it's been your all time favorite career on FIFA but it's a shame you were never able to win the Champions League. And how did Crystal Palace reach the final?!!! Isn't this the second career of yours in which Palace becomes a top club? They must have some high potential players or they just always get a takeover. Any chance you'll get the career back up for season 9 and make one last push for the Champions League?

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

He was in the squad until the season i'm on now when I got an offer from Cesena for him where they offered 15.5 million for him. How the hell could I not take that I mean that's triple his in game value for heavens sake. Also I made a mistake with my season count I'm in year 8 not 9. If you guys want I could do one more season to push for that elusive Champions League Final. There may even be a strawpoll coming who knows

Also if you want to get Pacheco then by all means GO FOR IT!! I'd love to see him in an Osasuna kit There may even be a shoutout in store eh Chico *nudge* *nudge* *Wink* *Wink*

Also Palace have a glitched GK in their squad that gets to an insane OVR he's 94 OVR right now at 26 yrs old

          FIFA 15 - Season 2

          Pompey's March to the Top

          November 2015

          Europa League Group Stage
          Lokomotiv Moskva 3 - 2 Portsmouth FC
          LOK - Boussoufa 26', Diarra 28', Fernandes 45'
          POR - Chaplin 20', Barker 52'
          MOTM: Diarra

Barker laid the ball off for Dunne and his shot was saved by the keeper directly to Chaplin on the right side and he struck the ball home for the lead. Diarra wove his way through the defense and then threaded the ball across the box for Boussoufa on the back post for a quick strike into the net. Diarra beat the defense to a loose ball and he was able to get off a shot that found it's way into the bottom right corner. Samedov sent a cross in from the right wing that Fernandes was able to head off the crossbar and then tap in the rebound. Francomb took off on the counter and played Barker through up the middle and he slotted the ball home into the bottom right corner.

          Portsmouth FC 3 - 1 Stevenage FC
          POR - Tubbs 25', Whatmough 56', Pack 90' (PEN)
          STE - Lee 85'
          MOTM: Whatmough

Pack sent a corner into the box and Tubbs was able to get his head on it and direct it off the crossbar and in. Chaplin dribbled across the edge of the box and played the ball to Whatmough running in and he took a touch and then used his left foot to place the ball in the right side of the goal. Charles found Lee running into the box and he took a touch around the defense and hit the ball off the right post and in. Tubbs was taken down on the right side of the box and Pack stepped up to convert the penalty to the left side of the keeper.

          J. Paint Trophy
          Portsmouth FC 2 - 1 Newport County
          POR - Dunne 32', Francomb 80'
          NEW - Jeffers 12'
          MOTM: Dunne

Stamatakis threaded the ball into the box for Jeffers to run on to and place across the goal to the bottom right corner. Barker played the ball to Dunne and he attacked from left to right towards the top of the box and hit a well placed shot into the bottom right corner. Pack found Francomb on the right side of the box and he took a touch and then fired between two defenders and hit it off the keeper's hands and into the net.

          Notts County 0 - 0 Portsmouth FC
          MOTM: Carroll

Notts County controlled the game in terms of both possession and chances on the goal. Portsmouth was able to keep their attack off the board in the end and force the draw.

          Portsmouth FC 3 - 1 Doncaster Rovers
          POR - Jamieson IV 26', Wallace 66', Olufemi 85'
          DON - Robinson 14' (PEN)
          MOTM: Jamieson IV

Chorley was whistled for a bad tackle in the box and Robinson converted the penalty to give Doncaster an early lead. Jamieson beat the defense down the right side of the box and fired a shot at the goal that was deflected by the keeper and rolled back into the net. Jamieson played the ball through for Wallace in the box and he placed the ball back to the far post for the lead. Jamieson attacked the right side of the box and played the ball across for Olufemi to tap in on the back post.

          S****horpe United 0 - 1 Portsmouth FC
          POR - Tubbs 16'
          MOTM: Cropper

Tubbs pressed the defense and took the ball away from the last defender and went through on goal for the easy finish into the bottom left corner for the only goal of the match.

League Play - We are continuing to control the top of the table and have extended our lead to 12 points. I am extremely happy with this form, and I don't plan on letting up any time soon. However, we may have to reach deeper into our bench to try to avoid the plague of injuries we've had lately.

Europa League - A tough loss this month drops us out of a knockout qualifying spot. We are still only 1 point back with 2 games left to play. It won't be easy though as we have seen so far. We've taken 1 win in the group stages, but we all believe that we are still in it.

          J. Paint Trophy - Newport gave us a scare taking an early lead on us, but we rallied back to win the match and advance in the competition. This one was one that I really regretted getting knocked out of last season since I knew we had a great chance at a cup run. I want to win it all this season though, and advancing one game at a time is the focus.

Essentially, yes. The Jedi considered The Force to exist in a natural state of balance: as the Light Side, by itself and with no resistance. I'm glad you decided not to stop updating! I'm still on my holiday and I'll return to Finland (where my PS is) in just over a week or on July 14th to be precise. Keano's in Irish college for a week or two. I have explained that I won't be updating for a month but I'm also posting here some (off-topic) stuff. The real question is where the f*ck Rabbit is.

Re: How's Your FIFA Career Mode Going?

The transfer window has finished, and this update is going to be a lot shorter than I imagined. As you can probably guess therefore, not many dealings took place, and there were only 2 games as well.

                  uploadfromtaptalk1436183940607.jpg

A dull game to say the least, and this was followed by a 1-1 home draw to Stuttgart; the type of opponent we really should be beating. It could have been worse as well had Beister not have rounded the keeper in the last minute.

So to our transfers. I had 1 main aim in the window, and that was to bring a striker to challenge the B Team spot.

                  uploadfromtaptalk1436184119539.jpg

Fabian, who was on loan here last season signed; a competitive 68 overall youngster.

We then increased competition for Marko Arnautovic in the B Team left wing spot.

                  uploadfromtaptalk1436184251924.jpg

Arnautovic will than likely be leaving in the summer after a decrease in stats, and Brandt fits the bill as a more than viable replacement.

Our 3rd and final signing was on deadline day, bringing in Dennis Diekmeier from Hamburg for £4 million. He will assume the B Team right back spot, meaning that the current guy Caliguiri, who is actually a cm can be used further forward.

So there we have it, after a month of just 2 games and 2 draws, we sit 3rd in the table, now 7 points behind Dortmund. Champions league football is a must again, and I would have ideally liked to challenge for the title this season, although that now looks to be the aim for next season.

Thanks for reading and hope you enjoy! [emoji4]

As you may have noticed, I've had a fair bit of free time today. 3 updates in 1 day, and it may even be 4 by the end of the evening! That's why I enjoy 4 minute halves as you can rattle off the games quicker and make more progress.

                      Anyway.....

                      uploadfromtaptalk1436207674619.png

                      uploadfromtaptalk1436207785417.jpg

Our month started really well with a solid away win at Augsburg. This was quickly followed up by a confident and comfortable 2-0 home win over Borussia Moechengladbach, Antonio Rudiger proving the hero late on whilst Beister sealed it with the last kick of the game.

                      uploadfromtaptalk1436207975217.jpg

                      uploadfromtaptalk1436208085224.jpg

Our last 2 league games of the month were gritty fixtures, but we came away with 6 points which was very pleasing.

We also played the 1st leg of our round 16 Champions league tie against PSG. This ended in a rather drab 0-0 draw at the Parc De Princes. Nevertheless a good result for us though.

                      uploadfromtaptalk1436208279868.jpg

So 4 wins out of 4 in the league, and a decent result against PSG. We have closed the gap to 5 points now which is good, and I'm happy with almost the entirety of the squad.

The most pleasing aspect of this month is the form of Marc Oliver Ulreich. Our young central midfielder has notched goals as well as showcasing previously unbeknown talents all over the pitch. Our a team midfielders will have to have their wits about them at this rate!

Antonio Rudiger has had a brilliant month, a rock and the main reason for 5 clean sheets in February. After his previous lapse in confidence this has been especially pleasing.

It was great for Christian Fabian to score on his debut, and better so that another new boy Julian Brandt got the assist!

The squad is showing nice progression as well with quite a few players showing a dramatic increase in ratings, including Xherdan Shaqiri who is now 86 overall.

That sums up February, hope you enjoy!

Interesting theory, however I must respectively disagree in that Luke was the Chosen One. Although, as you said, he played a major part in bringing back Anakin (destroying Vader in a way), the Chosen One is Anakin. Anakin destroyed the Sith by killing Palpatine, Luke played only supporting role in that. With that theory you could also say something like Obi-Wan was the Chosen One. Without his existence, Anakin wouldn't have been trained and become a Jedi in the first place, and also Luke wouldn't have been introduced to the Force either. Had it not been for Obi-Wan Luke wouldn't have been on the Death Star to bring Anakin back to the Light Side and then have him kill Sidious. You get what I mean? I know it's exaggerated but I'm just trying to explain my thought on that. The prophecy describes the Chosen One as "a vessel of pure Force." Remember that Anakin was conceived by the Midi-chlorians. He did not have a father but was created by the Force, thanks to Darth Plagueis' experiment. Anakin is pure force, while Luke was conceived... Naturally I guess. And, putting all of this aside, George Lucas has stated that Anakin is the Chosen One. Star Wars is Anakin's story.

It's actually very interesting how (according to a few non-canon anymore sources Anakin was created because of Darth Plagui... Plaegu... Plaguei... that guy's experiments. Technically a pre-Vader Sith made the prophecy come true. Indi's theory is interesting but I'm going with Chico and the movies on this one.

This is pretty interesting so let's have a bit of a discussion.
                          1. What is the best SW movie in your opinion?
                          2. What's the worst?
                          3. Who's your favourite character?
                          4. Who's your least favourite character?
                          5. What is your favourite lightsaber battle?

Also, we are totally Star Wars geeks but there's no shame in that haha

I really wouldn't get your hopes up to be honest. I'm a star wars fan, but with Disney I feel it could do more harm than good :/
