for those who play longer than 8 min halves, how are your fitness levels by the end of the game? and have any of you checked the cpu fitness by the end of the game?

i play legendary slow 8 min halves, and i want to use longer halves, but all my players by the end of the game are usually near the 50 fitness and below level mark. if we had 5 subs that wud really help but i believe fifa only gives you chance for 3.

Fitness levels ajust to the match halves. It's the same depletion if you play 8 halves or 20 halves.

You can play 5 subs. It was already in fifa 23.

Love this game. Love the sliders settings and don’t have any major complaints the small things I can deal with it, what is driving me crazy is how the CPU going straight up to tackle you as soon you got the ball. Is very annoying keeper give you the ball and you have CPU striker defending better than a fullback you are force to pass the ball without even having a chance to create something and they can do it for the full game even when their stamina is depleted it. Is very annoying don’t know if it’s because of marking or speed/acceleration discrepancies. I’m trying to do my adjustment not trying to deviate from Matt’s slider too much by so far I cannot figure it out.

Do all the teams press like that? Stricker press is a blessing this year. Team should press high like IRL. As a real life coach, the things that are the most trained are how to press high from the goalkeeper kick and how to create chances from goalkeeper kick

What does the lower Run Freq affect? I'm currently at 15.

yes. If you are new to FUMA, always start at 50/50. Then, when you find it easy (could be a couple of months) then rise the value

We'll have an update soon, but it's not aimed to fix anything as the game is playing brilliantly. It's just to normalize the sprint values and tighten the gap in some spots, then we're revisiting some values along with adding the FB positioning. Should be sometime today.

Matt, any closer to the new set being posted?

BTW I'm in a bit annoyed: I'm playing FUMA/SLOW with V7 and in WC I lose all my matches. If I lower the level in PRO, I win all my matches. It's as simple as that. It's very frustrating.

Do you have any advice for :

- Either find an intermediate level (on which sliders to act?)
- Or progress and train intelligently at that level.

I didn't expect this game to be this good. By the 90th minute, the score was 0-0 against Köln. I brought in a young player, which was a mistake. He could not receive the ball and release it, the rebound became a goal. With that, I lost 1-0. I could barely get to their goal, there were a lot of fouls, I felt like I was in a real match. Legendary set, 10 minutes. Semi control, shot manual

So I officially have completed a full first season with Hertha Berlin and it was brilliant. We finished 3rd so we we had a playoff game against relegation candidates VFL Bochum and won the two leg playoff games 2-1 on Aggregate.

But I'm seriously disappointed with the progression of my young players, including academy players . I don't hire any coaches of any kind and this results in none of my players growing at all . I have a few great potential and exciting prospect players and they have gone up by 0 . I loaned out a few others and they went up by 3+4 ratings , but the ones that remained have gone up by max +1 ....
But most are still the exact same rating and didn't even go up by +1 . So is hiring coaches a must so that players aren't at a stand still with progress?? I don't want those ridiculous boost stats of +4 for every player .... But not having my young players go up at all isn't right either , does anyone know what coaches to hire and what to do so that my players can actually grow but also not to have my team be boosted up with +4 ratings for every match ??

It may be that the use of coaches with fewer stars does not result in as much improvement. I haven't hired a coach yet either, but then I might have to.
