Any weird animations or crazy gameplay with lower shot error for CPU in WC ?? Is not been changed since V2. Notice that when lowered to at least 60 CPU is still missing some very easy goals at the point that I can be relax because I know they will miss. Don’t like to change sliders at all. Version 4 slow WC is playing amazing and I don’t want to change something that I don’t know. Can Matt or anyone provide a feedback please ? Thank you!

Matt or others can likely give a more official view, but from early messages I think shot error is something you can adjust more for personal preference. If you feel the cpu misses too many shots, bump it down a little. I think shot speed is where you get potential issues with gk settings and animations.

Matt or others can likely give a more official view, but from early messages I think shot error is something you can adjust more for personal preference. If you feel the cpu misses too many shots, bump it down a little. I think shot speed is where you get potential issues with gk settings and animations.

Yes it's constantly broken toes only . Luckily to me it happened in the very first game of the season ( 2 players got it ) so I said F that n just restarted. If it were different injuries for once , I wouldn't have restarted it . But sick of those broken toes .
But don't worry, u still got the young n super agile Johnny Evans , n can't see him here , but I'm sure the goal scoring stud Harry McGuire is on that pitch doin the business lol

I had two fractures in two matches, I dropped from 70 to 65. During the season I had several minor injuries, and one broken finger. It would be nice to have more statistics on injuries, if it only happens to some people and only in some seasons, maybe that's normal. Considering that Liverpool had a lot of injuries last season. But these finger fractures are pretty boring)

First game after posting this, Lindelof injured with, take a wild guess. I’m going to move back a bit on that injury slider.

Gave the sliders a go last night (and made sure not to let my controller disconnect - thanks for the advice!) - full manual, ultimate, played in England League 2.


It definitely felt much much better than the base experience, there was actually some passing in midfield and recycling of possession by the AI, it felt more like football than basketball which made a nice change. Thanks for all the hard work so far!



I did feel that the AI were maybe a bit too passive though? Caveat I only played 3 minute halves so that may have made a difference but even in an FA Cup game against a team in the league above they struggled to cause much danger. I conceded a lot on world class with no sliders so it isn't because I'm great at defending (alhough I have only just figured out how to properly use the pressureing tackle mechanic instead of diving in with a standing tackle so that has definitely helped) but I think I only conceded 1 in 4 or 5 games and there weren't many other dangerous moments for the AI, might expect a few more on Ultimate?


I wonder if the first touch and passing errors and holding the AI back too much?

This is exactly the problem I'm having on Ultimate. The sliders are miles better than the base game but it's neutered the AI's attacking and I'm not sure which sliders to tinker with to give the AI a bit more impetus going forward!

My suspicion is that it's pass error and first touch error, makes the AI be more conservative because they can't pass forward incisively and at pace. Which is what you want to make it feel like actual football but think it's just gone a little too far.


Still grinding out a 1-0 win like this is much better than the 5-4 games I was having before on world class without sliders

You are only playing on 3 min halves? That's crazy Maybe try longer halves?

On WC it's too easy. CPU can't pass through my defense more than 2-4 times, while almost all of my attacks result in shots. So the only way to keep scorelines adequate is by using manual shots. But it's not enjoyable to see (me)15-2(CPU) shots in every match.

Meanwhile, on legendary the situation is mirrored. I can't do anything with attacks from the CPU, I can't properly pass the defense. Sometimes I can't even pass the ball to CDMs. All in all, I got most of the time (me)30-70(CPU) possession and (me)3-15(CPU) shots.
I've tried to increase cpu pass and shots errors, decrease markings but it's not helping at all.

It's two unplayable evils I can't handle.
