Firstly I play on PC with keyboard as I m not at all comfortable with the joystick. Fifa shld either stop releasing it on PC or be very specific that play with joystick only.

1. I have been using current sliders of Matt and playing on Legendary Level. My controls are manual

How on earth can you play manual on a keyboard? Wouldn't that limit you to eight directions for everything?

The main thing I've noticed is the reactions to this game. In all honesty I feel it's possible for the concensus to be either, a. Best game ever, to b. Worst game ever, based upon a slight difference in the sliders..

Personally this is one of the best, since I've been tinkering with the sliders.

Is there really no way to fix the GKs letting balls in on purpose? I feel like i'm the only one seeing this. It's such an immersion breaker that it's making me not want to play the game using what is now a pretty decent set of sliders.

One thing that does make it happen way less frequently is to just up the GK ability but it's so inconsistent i feel like i'm only masking the problem by doing that. Plus, that makes long shots simply not viable anymore. Whether or not a shot goes in feels like a predetermined numbers game.

The scoreboard also seems to affect this. GKs will act somewhat realistically until one of the teams scores, at which point any and all shots will have a very high chance of going in.

One other thing: i think we should warn people about the down sides of playing on Slow. The CPU insta reads any and all inputs when dribbling so skill moves don't work and CPU players are always quicker on reactions. Plus, headers in both boxes are rigged in favour of the CPU when playing on Slow. Again, i can't be the only one noticing this.

What a win !! Such a intense game , the way they constantly press is crazy and alot to deal with . Freiburg went a man down but managed to take a 1-0 lead from a headed corner .
The entire first half they were hounding me like the super aggressive World War Z zombies . But being a man down and having the lead they switched it up in the second half . They relaxed the press and I finally had the opportunity to create as they sat back more .
And I scored a couple of beautiful goals here . The beautiful patient build up passing that led to my first goal was gorgeous . And the second goal is a beauty as well , the smooth animation as I slotted it in was so easy on the eyes and a joy to pull off . Huge win and a good watch .

World Class Slow - All full Manual
With some tweaks for personal preference that are listed . First half is me being hounded , so I suggest watching the second half. That's when things open up and there's some action. Game is playing great and a win like this in the last few minutes feels amazing and super rewarding.

To anyone who watches my game vs Freiburg, this will maybe help u understand why it's such a massive and great win . I'm literally fighting the drop and it's super intense. Hi everyone. I dont know how lot of you enjoy the game as I have not been able to enjoy this game at all n feel this is the worst Fifa made by them. Following are some of the issues I have been facing:

Firstly I play on PC with keyboard as I m not at all comfortable with the joystick. Fifa shld either stop releasing it on PC or be very specific that play with joystick only.

1. I have been using current sliders of Matt and playing on Legendary Level. My controls are manual as well as semi-assist in shots and lob passes. I have been noticing that CPu Pass Error is always at 0 even when I have kept it at 72. Dont know whats the issue but this is the one major issue I have been facing. Have to check my sliders when starting a new game. Once I set it back to 72 it stays till the time I shut down.

2. I think Sprint and Acc is broken coz when I get frustrate I put CPU Sprint and ACC all the way down to 0 but still they are able to move with ease and lot of times there wingers is able to kick the ball up ahead and quickly run on to it while my defenders struggle to keep pace with them. In earlier versions there never used to be such an issue. Obviously once I get the ball i am still able to move the ball ahead but still its not easy to just go through and score goals for fun when keeping Sprint and Acc at 0 for CPU.

If someone can provide me some tips it wld be useful otherwise this is a waste of money this season and I really will need to call it quits going forward.

If you lower the acceleration value to 0 and the CPU continues to move quickly, then the sliders are not being applied to your game. Try deleting the DLS file - Profile - Delete. Do not connect to EA servers or, on the contrary, connect)) This is done at random. But when the acceleration is reset to 0, players must move across the field very slowly.

Well, I would still recommend purchasing a gamepad; getting used to the controls will take much less time than you can imagine) Plus, you can play with a friend on the same PC, he’s on the keyboard - you’re on the joystick, or vice versa)

I think I found a way to make the game more challenging and even. Use custom tactical vision and your players won’t receive too much attribute boost. I found the game more challenging since doing this. Felt more sim like. I don’t believe the cpu teams receive player attribute boosts, so this would make sense. Sound stupid?

when these sliders dont feel like there working, is it still delete dlc file?


no matter what i do it feels like its so fast even on slow. and the passing is so fast. not awful but really quick.

Still not sure on goalkeeping at 53, the flappy arm attempt saves are back, the ones where the ball travels close to the goalie & they just flap their arms when even a simpleton would save it.

Not sure what the other option is though as like Matt said on higher slider they do the backwards unrealistic saves instead.

Friends, a question, I am playing a career mode for the first time in EA FC 24.

I see that they removed the training? Doesn't one have to do them anymore? Manually? Is everything automatic?

Because I don't understand what it is that they make you play every time before every game.

Still not sure on goalkeeping at 53, the flappy arm attempt saves are back, the ones where the ball travels close to the goalie & they just flap their arms when even a simpleton would save it.

Think I’m seeing it more when goalkeepers are rated under 70 like in MLS & Saudi Pro League etc.

Not sure what the other option is though as like Matt said on higher slider they do the backwards unrealistic saves instead.

I had the same issue with GKs in League One, so around 65ish OVR. I ended up going back to 60/60 GK and 50/50 Shot Speed, definitely feels like a better balance personally. I know the weak GK punts is an EA problem but they do seem less frequent on 60.

Correct, no more manual training - you now have “training plans” on the main CM menu which you can set for individual players, to either focus on their sharpness or fitness. The pre-match training is completely optional and gives a couple of your players temporary boosts just for that game - personally I never do this as I don’t want my players to have unrealistic boosted stats, but it’s completely up to you. For the same reason, I don’t hire coaches anymore as they give too many stat boosts.

Might give the 60/50 a go later & see how I get on. Do you see the backwards save animations more on 60?
