Sorry for the confusion.

The forthcoming MLS file will be for PES 2011 (PS3). I will post a new thread with the info on the release once we get closer to the date. That's still a little way off, though...

Sort-of update: unofficially, about 14 teams are done with appearances and stats. Having time to sit down and edit has been a problem for both of us recently, but hopefully that will clear up a bit after the New Year's.

I'm going to start working on creating players for the SuperDraft in January. That takes a little time and research on my end, and a lot of info doesn't get clarified until the combine. In the past, I've created all the players from the first two rounds initially, since they were likely to make rosters. I'll probably do that again, although it's likely that more college players will make rosters this year, due to the increase in roster slots.

If anybody has seen any of the projected college picks play much and wants to weigh in with recommendations on stats, I'm all ears...

Any chance you guys would be willing to release a preliminary version of your option file (maybe one with MLS teams prior to the Superdraft)?

I know that team rosters wouldn't be accurate, but it would still be fun to use such an option file until your final product is posted.

Rosters will be more or less up to date, if incomplete, and will include, as mentioned above, players from the first two rounds of the draft.

Not initially. It's undecided what else we'll do in terms of adding teams beyond MLS for the '11 season.

(If you want to add Montreal kits on your own, there are some PNGs here)

1st version of file should be out soon. I finished my edits on the weekend, and BolivianFire is doing some tweaks before posting. Sorry for the delay.

Konami must have tweaked the formula that calculates the overall. I did not change the stats that much to justify such large changes from last year's overalls. So it's more a Konami thing than any major reworking on my end...

I wouldn't doubt if there are "hidden" attributes. EA and THQ are notorious for odd ratings. You can have a player / wrestler with all 80's for attributes, yet his overall will be 85-90.
