Also take heed of this, 2 option file makers said they are running into issues loading all of the teams at once. Meaning these massive all everything option files are crashing the game when all the images are brought in.

It's not a big deal though.

Just seems like we may need to break down the import into 2.

I imported that one, saved it, game crashed when I tried to edit competition names, then no problem after restart. So a save and restart after import might help avoid the crash.

Which OF was it the Pesuniverse one crashed the game while I was importing.

Ok again, something to note.

Overwriting does not remove previous images.

If they have the same filename yes.

So once the option file loaded I had to go back in and delete my older images, this is just to save space for the future.

So a wise tactic if you are going for an all in one option file is to go in and delete all your previous images.

One other interesting detail.

Team colors. Looks like option file makers don't understand these. These choose the color of your tactics dots. So best to match the home and away kits to color 1 and color 2. This does affect supporter colors but in my opinion if a team has a bright green away kit I want bright green dots.

The kits are really great and the importation process extremely straightforward!

I could have my first classico playing with RM and it was awesome. Every player has something different in this game, Bale and Ronaldo, well the entire RM team are awesome! There is something new with every new team you try, crazy!

Cristiano92's at PESGaming says his will be ready to download at 2PM German time, or in a few hours. It's the most promising free one I've found so far. This is for PS4.

Yes they do. Tactics are saved individually for each team in the edit menu, and are used across all game modes (it was like this every year, so im guessing there is no reason for this year to be any different).

So I am brand new to the PES series. I'm on PC and I have no idea how to import the option file that I downloaded. When I go to "Edit>Data Management>Import/Export>Import Team", it just brings up a menu that says "Save data can not be found"

Where do I need to place the option files?

HOW TO:
- Drag "WEPES" to your usb drive
- In editor go to data management, import, import teams, selcet all and cross none of the both choices (or you'll lose transfers!)
- AGAIN import ONLY bundesliga teams with a cross at the second choice "players and squads"

No, I'm waiting for someone on that forum to ask for clarification. My first try, I left both boxes unselected and tried to import everything at once. PS4 crashed. I'm going to try again. After that, I think you're supposed to choose all the bundesliga teams and select the second box.

EDIT:

I'll post here, since I'm not getting a confirmation email to post there, but people are posting about crashes. It runs through most of the .bin files, alphabetically, but crashes near W. I'm going to run all the .bin files up to W to import the crap, then figure out which one is crashing it. It's one of like six of those .bin files that isn't working right: watford, wba, werder, westham, wigan, wolfsburg, or wolves

ANOTHER EDIT

The bug is in either watford.bin or wba.bin. Every single other file imports properly, following OP's instructions. If someone can post there, tell the OP the bug is in one of these files.

Looks like I can't even download the transfer update as the servers are down. I'll just have to wait after work until all this stuff gets sorted out no worries.

It's watford.bin, I'm 100% sure. You can import everything else and it works. RIP Watford, I'm starting my ML.
