Well just being able to verifying bins even if they are numbered Pesuniverse the Sky Bet League teams numbered 1-24 once I noticed that I transferred it the DFL option file. Also I believe BL8001 touched on it briefly you can set up sub-folders in your USB before importing them in game so you can have some organization. Essentially you can mix and match OF's and that is huge you just have to verify those bins.

If each group had just done a different league and used a conventional naming format every team would be fixed already.

Yeah I agree it will get sorted out once people fully understand what is the most practical way of getting OF's done. Can't wait to see other leagues completed.

Haha I don't blame you! I may group together an option file you folks here at OS and maybe create a new thread just to eliminate a few of the repeated question that get asked here. The information in this thread is dated so I can only imagine it being a headache for people looking for answers.

All I want is an OF that creates the Bundesliga with players, adds players for the Championship, and adds kits and emblems for all teams without them currently.

Does this exist?

Yes.

Once I get the bundesliga file on, and if I can locate the skybet kits (or if I just have to manually load them) I will fix up that league tonight.

Then I can upload the skybet bins and that folder of kits.


Seeing how this works, the shame of it all is there are too many option file makers doing the exact same thing.

If each group had just done a different league and used a conventional naming format every team would be fixed already.

I'm just trying that as we speak. I've got that DFL one fully loaded, I've edited the bundesliga into the correct number of teams/moved across the already licensed teams from the other leagues section into the right place. Now I've downloaded another file that has the skybet championship teams but the .bin's don't indicate which teams kits they upload. God it's confusing!

Also in this dfl option file he has no leicester home kit

Same here, I deleted everything. There's some new version to try that supposedly won't crash it. We'll see.

Yes the pesgaming file with bundesliga.

Ok here is what I dont get.

I had done 12 skybet teams last night. So when I went to lay the bundesliga on top earlier I said hmm be smart and export your skybet edits. So I did.

But when I pulled them back on they had my name and font/number changes and color changes buy not the applied kit skin.

What I would like to do is get my changes in and the tinkering changes I do across the leagues and export the whole thing.

I just dont understand why my skybet team export did not include the kits

Ok liga nos on and looking good. Checked all teams.

Saved the file then applied the live update. All good, did not mess with my edits.

Now putting bundesliga on

Back at it, doing 2 bundesliga at a time and then saving.

Here is where things are going to get tricky. This is going to be a problem.

This bundesliga maker used random fake teams from both "other" leagues.

Here is the problem, now any other teams that copy over the fake teams must use the correct fake teams.

Example, filemaker uses scooby fc to make bayern
Another filemaker uses scooby fc to make spartak moscow

Now if you apply spartak it would overwrite bayern

You can choose what club you want your team to overwrite. But that does not help when full option files are shared.

Oh no and this, future konami DLC teams overwrite fake teams. We won't know which one until they hit

There are so many posts everything is becoming way too confusing. Can we use the Pesgaming OF and be good? Are we not allowed to use the Konami data update for transfers and the OF at same time?

Sorry to ask so many questions...

Do you have any idea of the type of information that carries the ".bin" files?
Is it the link between a item (ie: fake Watford spot inside the game) and its attributes (kits, logo, stadium...)?

I have tried to open one with a text editor but obviously a particular software is required to see what is really inside.

You can use it and be good. Do the Konami update, then import all the stuff. I've got everything imported and set up. Import everything chunk-by-chunk, saving between chunks, and re-importing a chunk if it crashes during that part. Follow the instructions on Pesgaming. Seems to be a good day 1 OF.

You can use both Konami update and OF in conjunction. You can use one OF and be good just understand that these are not fully done and you probably won't see a fully updated one for at least another week or so. I would at least try to stick with one OF for now to avoid confusion.
