Ok, I have a list of noob questions related to option files:

- Are different option files compatibles? Let say I have loaded an incomplete OF1 and I want to load a more complete OF2. Does the data that overlap between OF1 and OF2 overwrite by OF2? Are data unique to OF1 maintained?
Do I need to delate OF1 before loading OF2?

- How transfers in general and winter transfers in particular interfere with the OF? Do I need to make PES update before loading an OF that have new teams/leagues? Is it the patch designer that provide you the transfers updates? Also what about players rating update?

- Is the in game face editor the only tool one can use to create players faces?

- Someone posted a link toward this several days ago (http://www.pesmyclub.com/edit-mode-p...classic-teams/) and I really drove over it. Where are these legend players? Can we use them inside the League Master? Since regen are real players back to their teenage, having these legends inside the ML would not be necessarily too anachronistic.

Any light at least on the two firsts points would be very much appreciated!

I disconnect from the internet and it fixed the loading times in the game.
So from my side I can say it has nothing to do with the option file.

Looks like I can't even download the transfer update as the servers are down. I'll just have to wait after work until all this stuff gets sorted out no worries.

OH!!! Guess im not the only one!! Just bought the game, installed, downloaded the patch, but can´t log in to PES servers to download the squad update, meaning, i can´t install option files yet... hope it´s fixed sooner rather than latter...

In all my previous experiences, the option files always slowed the menus significantly.

I am uploading a fixed version with hamburg and the missing managers now.
Also numbered bins are out, so no Serie B and LaLiga 2 Emblems this time.

The new version should not cause any crashes at all

Yeah loaded that file and I am currently in option file hell.

Wrong logos everywhere.

Multiple logos and kits.

It crashed twice while loading so then I did it piece by piece. Crashed once doing that.

It reloaded more logos and emblems so now even more dupes.

Now I have lost the added bundesliga.

Trying to just delete everything now

Same here, I deleted everything. There's some new version to try that supposedly won't crash it. We'll see.

PES Option File Thread

Does anyone else have the option file with Bundesliga teams, but for some reason the teams are all fake players? None of the imported teams have real players (Bayern Munich, Gladbach, Wolfsbug, etc).

Which OF did you download? If it was the PES Universe one I don't believe they completed it yet.

This seems to be the only but I haven't downloaded it yet.

Did you check the 2nd of the 2 team import options?
The one that includes player and team data?

I wiped the file from my PS4. Had to go to work. But I just moved the updated file posted above to my usb stick.

I made a slight modification, I added the skybet kits to his championship folder.

It won't bring the kits in when I import but I am more seeing if I can access them at subfolder level via the in game image import.

A big part of the edit game is figuring out what you can and can't do!

To get the correct BundesLiga players you have to re-import the bundesliga and tick the 'apply player and squad data' option. You don't do it for the rest of the leagues as PES takes care of the transfers for those but with BundesLiga it's all user created so you have to tick that option to get the correct players.

I'm just in the process of doing it now so I couldn't say 100% that that's the problem but I'm pretty sure.

EDIT: any chance of uploading that file if you get it working BL? I'd love the skybet kits but I'm still not sure what I'm doing either.

Yeah I mixed and match some OF's as well with certain kits that I prefer before I went to work as well. It is going to be a long day at work I will be anxious to get home and finish adding them to the game. I think I got how the OF's fully work now.

Yes.

Once I get the bundesliga file on, and if I can locate the skybet kits (or if I just have to manually load them) I will fix up that league tonight.

Then I can upload the skybet bins and that folder of kits.


Seeing how this works, the shame of it all is there are too many option file makers doing the exact same thing.

If each group had just done a different league and used a conventional naming format every team would be fixed already.
