So I'm a complete n00b with this USB editing - after downloading the file, is there a specific name I have to give the folder on my USB stick? PES 2016 doesn't seem to recognize any of the kit files that I've downloaded from the links mentioned in this forum.

Name your folder WEPES.

Seems like the file I downloaded (referenced above) was no good. No images on there. Will need to look around for others.

i came across an editor online the other day. it needs EDIT.bin to be decrypted. once decrypted, it allows the user to import a .csv file.

i had tried to use a decrypter for pes 2016 ps4 edit.bin. however, it doesnt work as expected. perhaps if someone could work out on how to decrypt, perhaps we could solve the issue of the option file in the form of using a common .csv file.

If the edit.bin is decrypted, then option files will be available. You just probably won't be able to do it on the PS4, just for PC.

There's only a certain amount of images the game can hold, right? (Ridiculous)

For someone who knows: Can the game hold all the primary jerseys, secondary ones, and GKs for all the national teams? Or is that too much?

Head up Glen just dropped his EPL Kit pack. Some of his kits are more detailed than others. Worth checking out.

These kits are great! Now I just need to find a solid budesliga set.

*I knew that the Budesliga wasnt licensed, but it doesnt look like they even have a league setup. How does that work?

I normally convert the fake "PEU League" into the Bundesliga.

Yeah that's right. There are some guys at pes world that make the process more painless. This year it should be easier. But I'm not even thinking about doing it now until the first data pack comes out.

Google (Chuckyboy12345 and TheProSpartanGamer) on YouTube. They had many edit tutorials in regards to bundesliga conversions. The tutorials are from last year but the principles of league conversion should remain the same.
