And so I find myself in Montreal. They finished pretty poorly last season, missing the playoffs. I should be able to turn that around. I don't have promotion/relegation set up in America, so this job is purely a stepping stone to (hopefully) an MLS job.

Well I took Whitesox approach and started a game Unemployed, Jan. 2011 with DB 1.3.

After applying for jobs left and right and not getting any hits I finally got an offer from English Side Walsall. Currently 14th in Npower League 1

I have my work cut out with "The Saddlers", but at least I have a job.

Well First two matches in the book at Walsall. Both Draws. Working a more defensive approach into my game plan and match preparations has helps these two become defeats. Especially the MK Dons game. That was so one-sided I'm surprised I secured the draw on the road.

Well the end of 2018-2019 season has come and gone.

Won my fourth straight Serie A title.

But was bounced from the Champions League in the semis.

          Stats.
          John Fleck was awesome.

            My friend recommended me
            Spoiler
for my QPR save. He joined in January of 2012 and had 19 goals in 21 apps as my striker. He also went on to win Clydesdale's Young Player of the League despite leaving half way thru the year. All for a tidy £200k. I cannot wait to see what he can do with a full season!

When you picked your prior experience, what did you pick?? I wanted to do this as a Sunday League baller, but you could get no jobs because of the low rep.

This is true. I left my first job after that season, finishing 7th out of 16, but looking to finish 16th the next year. Still waiting 7 months later. I got two job offers in the bottom tier of Northern Ireland, but I can't manage a club with 7 players. I wonder if I checked "add players to all playable clubs".

Well im sure there's a job or two for a Sunday leaguer here.

Time to start. This plus basketball sounds like a night.

I actually didn't go with the "straight WhiteSox setup" and went with my own flair. I did chose the experience right above "Sunday League" (Semi-Professional?)though. Still had to wait awhile and got rejected by quite a few clubs.

So far I've started out with D-D-W for my first three games. Things are looking up at Walsall.

Well Since I've taken over we've had an unbeaten streak and a bit of a rut. Highlight would have to be the most recent win over 5th place Huddersfield Town.

As a Bruins fan, doesn't that make you at least a little sick?
