When the board rejects a request, are you guys always prompted with the "Do you feel your ambitions are matched by the chairman" question? It's getting rather tiresome.

I did it! I promised the board I'd not only get this team a promotion spot, I'd win the league. I took a chance, stretched my (small) wage and transfer budgets and it paid off. Went unbeaten in the first 14 matches, 8 wins and 6 draws.
Things got tough in the last 8 matches, but we had enough of a cushion that we maintained the top position through the end.

Moving up to top league next season! Also, the 5th place team(KA) somehow managed to win the cup, so they qualified for European competition next season.

For some reason, I never realized that German teams had so much freedom with non-homegrown players before.

Don't get me wrong, if you are in Germany there is a good reason to have home grown players, but man you can make an incredible side out of the guys you can buy, if you get them young enough.

A team other than Juve won the title for first time in 13 years. Inter and Juve were tied in points going into the last game of the year, Inter beat Fiorentina while Juve tied against AC Milan. Inter also made it to the CL final but lost to Man United. I finished 3rd in the league so I grabbed a CL spot, great year.

I finally have a young star from my academy but he's been choosing Italy over San Marino Plays for their U21 team and made it to the U20 World Cup Roster

So in my 5th season at Club Lents, after sniffing the top of the single A League, we regressed somewhat to mid-table, and I had an interesting offer come from Emerald City, a team in the AA league (in Seattle area). They were sitting in a relegation playoff spot, and they just wanted to avoid relegation if possible.

I took the offer, and immediately won 8 straight games, sending us to right outside of the promotion playoff race. No major signings, as all of my old players were not OK with relocating the 2 hours from a Portland suburb to a Seattle suburb. I ended up signing some strikers because there was 2, and I started to use a 3-4-3 to HUGE success. The only reason I'm using that one is because it's the only tactic I had saved that I'd been tweaking etc.

Below are the past positions from where I am right now... I joined after matchday 21. Since I joined, I've gone 7 wins, 0 losses, 0 draws. Top team in the league gets automatic promotion, while the next 4 go to promotion playoffs.

Finally had my win streak snapped by Chico in a draw. 9 wins in a row, but my 11 game unbeaten streak is still going strong (last manager had a draw before getting sacked).

EDIT: Just had my unbeaten streak ended at 12 when Clovis beat me 3-1 and injured a striker and a defender. Jerks.

It knows when you're happy, so it breaks you down in to tears with a bad run and low team morale.

So my midfielder wanted to move to China for more money, I let him go. I can see why, went from 28k per week to 150k per week.

I'm not mad about losing, I just liked the fact that I pulled a team out of relegation territory and have them in the promotion playoff, especially when the team just wanted to stay up if possible. Which I've assured that at this point in the season (I think we can't fall below 14th).

Well, I've made it to the end of my first season with Emerald City (not full season), but we went from a very real relegation threat to going to the top of the table, finishing 4th, and then going through the promotion playoffs. Did we go up to AAA, or staying at AA?

Started a new save ended up in Finland with JJK, I might've broken the game...

the three draws come from "rest games" where I rested my normal starting xi, there's still five games left in league at one point we had a larger goal differential than points in the league.

this is the formation tearing up the Finnish First Division

there's a few injuries (rw, cm, gk) but there's a chance we take down the cup as well as there were more than a few upsets. i've never actually had a team dominate in a way this one has.

After a few saves I really didn't get into, I finally started one that I'm feeling confident about.

FC Internazionale Milano aka Inter! I lliked them as a kid and they currently suck so it's a pretty good choice.

Here are my moves in the first transfer window.

My main concern was having literally NO wingers in the squad and I always like to play as wide as possible. That's why I bought Savitskiy (bargain), Kampl (my favorite player) and the amazing Memphis Depay (WHAAAAAAT). Also decided to get Balanta and sell Ranocchia because he just wasn't that good and was worth a pretty penny.

My expectations are to possibly challenge for the Serie A and get as far as we can in the Europa League
