Just finished another season in Paris. It's 4:30am here so I'll be brief because I'm too tired.

We put up a good fight in the league, PSG is no longer untouchable. Next year we're going after the title!



Nothing interesting in the domestic cups, our cup streak is dead.



While we didn't impress anyone in the Champions League, the elimination proved to be a blessing in disguise. We made a great run in the Europa League, only to be stopped at the final hurdle where we lost to a ridiculously strong Manchester City side. I honestly have no idea what they're doing in the Europa League.



My player of the season is definitely Christian Atsu. He's been immense for us in all competitions, and he joined us on a free transfer! Just look at the stats, he's our MVP.

I was planning on sticking with FM15 until all the FM16 patches were out but it sounds like this years version is in pretty good shape.

Is there an explanation anywhere of the new tactics team instructions screen? The bars for tempo, width, passing directness, etc seem to change width depending on the mentality that's selected.

Season 5 in the books!


Disappointing season in Ligue 1, a nightmare start to the season (5 points from 6 games) cost us the title. It was all over by the winter break, PSG was already 10 points ahead of us and nothing changed in the spring. Shouldn't be disappointed because PSG is insanely rich and has better players than us at every position, but I still wanted the title.



It was a forgettable cup season.



Our performance in the Champions League was abysmal as we blew a perfect opportunity to go through after winning two of our first three games. Luckily for us, that gave us a perfect chance to avenge last season's Europa League final loss. We took the Europa League by storm and went all the way! It was super tough against Basel in the semis, but we deservedly won as we were the best team in the competition.



Here are our two best players from the 2019/2020 season.

Finally won the league! PSG was absolutely incredible, but it wasn't enough as we won our last NINETEEN games and took the trophy home



Also won the League cup against PSG, but lost the big cup to them.



Our Champions league story ended in the first knockout round even though we dominated Arsenal in both games.

Picked this up (haven't seriously played a full copy since FM '09 tbh). Its amazing how much cleaner the interface looks compared to a few years back - love the screens that just aggregate all the world news/league standings so you can see what's going on around the world all at once.

Just started as Canada manager (glad SI finally got the ability to put actual WCQ groups in for CONCACAF - looking forward to playing the Honduras match later tonight as I'm flying out later this week to see the actual one), and figure I'll jump on a second division job if it opens up. My attributes aren't very high so I'll likely need to save some club from relegation or something.

We keep embarrassing ourselves in the Champions League, but we're too strong for the Europa League.


PSG is still going strong, but not as strong as us.


And a new stadium has been announced. Ridiculously expensive for only 10k extra seats.
