Ok, first you need Himachi. Download the UNMANAGED VERSON From the link, and then install it. After installation, you should see something like this:

In order to start Himachi, just click the power button highlighted here.
You must now choose a name (please use your OS name for the sake of convenience)
Ok, now join an existing network. I believe the first time you start the program you are prompted to creat your own network or join an existing one. Join an existing one. (Note, if it isnt presented to you, it is under the network tab.)
NAME: "OS Football League" PASSWORD: "soccer"
Ok, you are in the network!
Now, take the IP of jaa1980 (the admin) 5.15.33.164
Now, start up FM, and on the opening screen, select Join a network game
Then you should get the following screen. Click the button in the bottom right titled "Join other server"
Ok, now input the IP given before. It's the one in bold font, and the only one in this post.
Now, you should be logged into the game. Click the add a new coach button, highlighted here.
Ok, when you make your coach, PLEASE, FIRST NAME OS, LAST NAME IS YOUR OS SCREEN NAME. THIS WILL MAKE IT EASY TO IDENTIFY EVERYONE.
Now you are in the game!
