Wow, I totally forgot about this forum until I downloaded the beta. It's been a while

I'm loving most of the game so far, I'm really impressed.

I've always tried to play high pressure football like my favorite clubs (Leipzig, Salzburg), and it was always hard to achieve my tactical ideas. Some parts worked, some parts didn't, overall I was never satisfied. That's why I'm so excited about the new tactical ideas and concepts in FM 19, it only took me 2-3 ig months to perfect my tactic. I'm pressing high, my players are always direct and the ball is moving forward 90% of the time.

Injuries are a bit unrealistic, 1/3 of my team is always injured even with light training.

Also, this guy must be one of the best wonderkids this year, I bought him for 18M.

The ability to add these separating lines when customizing views is a nice touch, which lets you break up the view into different categories for a more organized look.

Lots of little additions and UI improvements this year, loving the beta so far.

Yeah I've very impressed with this version of the game. And I've yet to run into a bug. I can see myself breaking last years 2500 hours, lol.

One thing that will get annoying though. Training report says player has a training rating of 8.95, best in the squad by a good margin. I praise the player, and he says he isn't worthy of the praise, but what ever coach. Uh **** you kid.

Small thing but I love that the game now automatically names a save you're starting.

I like this change. Captain coming to you, to let you know a player is having an issue. Before the player actually comes to you upset about it.

I wanted to learn even more about the game by playing FM 18, but looks like i have to buy FM19 first day after all.

I've had a bunch of nagging injuries, but I haven't had a lot of major injuries that I've seen other people get.

I think its a specific issue with the gegenpress tactic setup (coupled with getting used to the new training and probably over doing it). I mean, you should be getting lots of nagging injuries with it, but instead you are getting a lot of long term injuries. I switched away from it and it feels like normal now.

I've been intentionally overworking players in tactics/training just to see how injuries play out, I can say it's all worse with gegenpress, but the most 'nagging' injuries happened while using the catenacco. (at least so far)

Unless I'm an idiot (it's probably this), I don't like that I can't change the team fluidity.

You mean team shape? You set the shape (fluidity) based on other settings in the 'in transition' and 'out of possession' now. They removed the shape setting because it wouldn't have made sense with the other changes.
