I was hoping Arsenal would of got Inler from Udinese but he just signed a new contract with his team. And SWP would have been a cool signing for Arsenal its just that I dont really think Arsenal needs a winger, and I dont understand why Man City would sign Robhino after just signing SWP, I guess Petrov will be on his way soon.

I really think Arsenal needs another CM and CB, they are thin with experience in the midfield and at CB after losing Senderos (not a huge loss to me) we lack depth at the CB position. So far they have Gallas, Toure, Djourou, and Silvestre who can also play LB but i never was really a fan of his defending while at Man Utd. I would have felt secure for them if they picked up another CB but I guess Wenger knows what he is doing only time will tell I guess, guys.

I know we needed a CM and CB, but we still need a player that will play over Eboue. This transfer window has been disasterous.

Bobby McMahon linked to this story in his FSC blog. I haven't read much of it yet due to a busy day at work, but I thought it might raise some gooners' blood pressure levels...

You have to respect Wenger for the way he does his business. He builds from within and it's very successful. The only major transfer buy he's really ever made had to be Dennis Bergkamp, which paid off big time. Hell, even when Henry came to Arsenal he was playing in relative obscurity in the French League, and he came to Arsenal just as he hit his prime, and to be partnered with Bergkamp on top of it! The Arse fans need to let him be and I'm betting his plans will pay off in a big way in the near future.

Theo Walcott's hat-trick gets the top play on Sportscenter tonight. I didn't think anything of it at first, as I watch so much FSC I'm used to hearing soccer highlights. But then I realized it was Stuart Scott...

I think Theo's going to have a big year this year and the hat trick is going to do nothing but further his confidence.

Big win today. This team is definitely looking much better than their second match.

Nice to see Ade's 50th goal cap off a hat trick.

I still dont understand why Blackburn would let go Friedel. And could only wind up with Paul Robinson!? ha. Last year he was a shame at Tottenham and it looks like it could be the same at Blackburn.

But anyway, great win and Blackburns defense looked shabby all game, it was great to see Arsenal passing tear them up and Walcott wow, I love watching him play what a burst of energy.

I'm starting to like Eboue. He was way offsides, but I'll take the goal.

                            Go get another one!

                            edit:

                            That was quick! Bendtner!

When Bendtner is hitting the back of the net you know things are going well.

Another nice finish to a slow start.

Our defense at the back is very suspect to say the least.

Hopefully Man U and Chelsea both drop points tomorrow, so we can take our rightful spot at the top of the table.
