9 a.m. CT Saturday morning on ESPN2 vs. Stoke. Looking forward to an actual HD broadcast. I only get Fox Soccer in SD, so I relish any games on the worldwide leader.

Oh man, that sucks. I can't imagine having to still watch FSC in SD. Hopefully your cable co. will get their act together. But I also prefer ESPN broadcasts because there's no 2 second audio delay, and I love Ian Darke when he calls the games.Comment

I'm a big fan of Ian Darke and Steve McManaman, definitely my favorite football pairing.Comment

Hopefully we can pick up three points in a fixture that has not been easy at all in recent years.
It would be great for Ramsey to start and grab a goal. I have a feeling it'll be a few years before going there and playing will not be an emotional test for him.Comment

Also, Whitehead not being sent off for his second late challenge on Song was a joke. It was worse than his first.
Pretty ****ing disgusting and proof that they might just have the worst supporters out there. Apparently they've convinced themselves that he was cheating when he was holding his leg up in the air and it had been snapped in two.Comment

Don't you just hate Stoke. I'm watching the match again now, and there's just something about them that makes them the perfect adversary for Arsenal. Even though they're not proper rivals, they may as well be because there is absolutely no love lost here. BTW, as for the result although a win would have been ideal, any time you can take points from Stoke at home it has to be considered a good day especially with Wigan's dismantling of Newcastle..........Victor Moses, I thank you.Comment

So, Hazard has come out and said he wants to play in England next year. The obvious place right now is City.
But, we should just step in and drop a load of cash at Lille. We have the ****ing money, damnit.
Oh, dreams.Comment

Obviously I want him to go to Arsenal but him joining City and pushing Nasri farther down the bench would be a nice consolation prize."The academic support at Ohio State, there is no way you can fail. Even if you're giving minimal effort there is no way you can fail."

Great signing, and early too! None of that last minute craziness like last year. Hopefully Wenger targets a strong CAM along the lines of Shinji Kagawa. Adding Kagawa along with Podolski and maybe another CB combined with a returning Jack Wilshire and I think we have a chance(that's as far as I'll go considering the 2011-12 champion hasn't even been crowned yet!). Of course this is all dependent on RVP remaining with the team.Comment

The team announcing the signing of an established player on the same day as the opening of the season ticket renewal period. Good ole Arsenal."The academic support at Ohio State, there is no way you can fail. Even if you're giving minimal effort there is no way you can fail."

The plot thickens.
Also, I'm really excited for Podolski to arrive. Obviously, him with RVP would be quite a pairing and he can of course play wide on the left. 14 goals for Köln last year and 18 this year. Only 26 and he can score and is physical with a very aggressive attitude. Lastly, very technically sound and will fit into the side seamlessly. Glad to have him aboard.Last edited by Krebstar; 04-30-2012, 10:40 PM.Comment
