Yup, the only team he has came out and said he doesn't want to play for is us.

        Well, it's picking up steam.

The Spain winger Santi Cazorla has agreed terms with Arsenal and hopes to leave Málaga to join them

The Spain winger Santi Cazorla has told Arsenal that he is prepared to leave Málaga to join them. Arsène Wenger is keen to sign Cazorla, whom he monitored last summer, and he is hopeful that an offer of €20m (£15.6m) can close the deal.

Are there any rumors about going in for a left back? I think Gibbs is your weak link.

Well yes and no he is a weak link right now he seems because he is injury prone but he showed some flash of brilliance last year and plus he is young. To me his career is oddly mirroring Clichy's early career progress in which he was also injury prone early in his career. He seems more adept at the back than Clichy but this could be the year we see Gibbs really blossom. I do think Arsenal could use a backup veteran at the left back position for cover as I really don't care for Santos.

With a healthy Wilshere, maybe 4-2-3-1 with Wilshere and Song deeper.

I would be more worried about not having a decent striker off the bench. Wilshere/Ramsey/Mertesacker is a good start. Need a goal scoring forward.

A healthy Wilshere? Now that's comedy.

What about starting the Ox on the wing and moving Podolski to the center?

Cazorla and the club have agreed to terms. All that awaits is Malaga agreeing to the £16 million fee.

The Spain winger Santi Cazorla has agreed terms with Arsenal and hopes to leave Málaga to join them

Fantastic signing if Malaga accepts our bid. I'm really encouraged that Arsenal are finally being proactive in signing players. If they had done this sooner, maybe Cesc might not have been so desperate to leave.

Personal terms dont mean much. Hell, Hulk agreed personal terms with Chelsea like 2 months ago.
