So, apparently Roma have agreed to personal terms with Gervinho.
If he goes, great. But we better have a replacement lined up. Which brings up the point that the Bernard transfer seems to be getting closer. His agent has hinted he's played his last game.

The usually well informed Amy Lawrence was on BBC5 Live and talked of a battle between the board (who want to spend big this off season) and Wenger (who thinks the squad can challenge as it is). I hope in this case she's wrong.Comment

It does seem that this year we actually have money to spend, so if we start this year with pretty much no signings and do poor, I will want to see Arsene go for the first time since I became a supporter of the club.Comment

In a heartbeat. Arsenal need a guy who can plain score, and Dzeko can do that. In fact, I'd rather have Dzeko + other positions we need rather than spend all our money on Suarez and not have much left over for a DM/CBComment
