2 great goals in the first half. I'm not used to us making things easy. There's still plenty of time for things to change though.

Yeah, and it makes players like the Ox even that much more better. His pace really wore out Hull after Podolski got the 3rd. And to think Walcott, Wilshere and Gibbs were all not available today. Just frustrating that we can't seem to keep these guys on the pitch at once.

3-0 win over Hull. With two goals in back to back games, Podolski is hotter then a bumblebee.

If only Aaron Ramsey had played the whole season healthy....I'd say out of all the players we lost for extended periods, his really hurt the most.

Think about next year, Ozil + Ramsey + Walcott + Ox + Possibly a good striker. If these can stay fit for a full year we're certainly going to be gunning for the league title.

            Think about this:

            Szczesny
New RB - Per - Kos - Gibbs
New DM or Wilshere - Ramsey
            Walcott - Ozil - Ox
            New ST (Balotelli most likely)

We'd be extremely deadly, especially in transition. However, we need Wenger to use the £100 million.

LOL....Balo ain't going to Arsenal. You're better off going after someone like Mandzucic or Loic Remy. Or if you want to go the young route, Morata from Real although he's much less tested than those previous guys.

No thanks to Balo. He's too much of a head case despite his talent.

Someone once said this about Balo:
we can't have him sullying our idyllic, familial dressing room atmosphere. what will bendy think? we wouldn't get to see giroud's handsome face and ripped abs as much. and we can't actually have him *gasp* scoring goals and winning games!!

ffs guys, do you actually have any perspective when weighing up risks and how **** we actually are at the moment? what the **** the ******* atmosphere do for us? wenger babying bunch of pansies and losers that led us to getting arse ****** four times this season, and then **** slapped by the worst united team in 2 decades???

                  FFS PEOPLE GET SERIOUS.
No to Remy, he's not the caliber of striker we want, same for Mandzukic tbh, he's just a better Giroud. Morata comes with a buyback clause appareantly so no thanks we're not going to pay to develop Real's talent. We're a topclub, we don't need guys like Morata, we need the real deal. Balotelli has matured. We need a striker that strikes fear into the opposings team defence or do people actually think Remy has defenders ****ting themselves? I think Balotelli can easily be obtained if you splash cash on him.

A better Giroud? You're seriously underrating him. He leads the line for one of the most dominant clubs in recent memory. Not only that but he's known for his movement and tracking back, something Giroud is lacking. Not to mention his goal scoring rate is pretty solid.

I'd love to see him in Chelsea blue considering he won't command a crazy wage and his transfer fee won't be astronomical.

You got a point to be honest. I'd be okay with Mandzukic. I underrate him because I don't watch Bayern enough, not a fan of them but can't deny they're one of the best teams of the world. How is his pace? To be honest I'd really like to see Balotelli because I believe Wenger can turn him into one of the best of the world.

His pace is good. He can get behind back-lines.

There's no denying that Balo is one of the most talented players on the planet but all the baggage is a lot to deal with, especially if results go south. I mean he was a headache at Citeh & Inter and they were winning trophies.

I'd also think you'd need a roster with a few big locker-room personalities to keep him in check. Idk if you guys have that.

Agreed. He was younger though. People say he has matured and I see it too though. It'd certainly be a risk, but if the risk turns out to have been a brilliant one then we got our hands on a world class player. Of course I'd rather see Diego Costa here or any other striker of the same level with less baggage, but we all know that's not going to happen. I'll be surprised if we go for anyone worth over 30 mil anyway.

I think the closest we have right now is Mertesacker and Flamini, and I'm just assuming because of their presence on the field.

I still wouldn't want to see us try and tame Balotelli, though.

It really shouldn't matter who we play in goal as long as the rest of the team do their jobs. We will be fielding a strong team and against Hull City we should be able to control the pace of this game. Hopefully Arsenal play this game with hunger and desire and just look to decimate Hull even more so than they did in the EPL match. All I know is that Poldoski has to play and start in this match.
