I had held out some small amount of hope that Cazorla would play again, however it appears as though he's been ruled out for the rest of the season.Support Local Sports

Re: ***The Official Arsenal Gunners" Thread***
If Arsene stays next season, it'll be interesting to see what signings we make, because I don't see him making many at all. A new starting left back, a reserve right back or someone to possibly challenge Bellerin, and...I think that's all he would bring in as of now.Comment

I really like this year's kit. I wasn't to keen on the stripe, but it looks much better actually on.
I like this 'apparent' new one, but it has a collar. UGH.

How long is their deal with Emirates and Puma for?
Edit: I ask because I'm a Nike snob lol...

I dislike the collar, I strongly dislike this year's kit, Puma's deal is up 2019, I hope we get Nike back after that.Support Local Sports

Andries Jonker is off to Wolfsburg, which means we'll need a new academy director now.Support Local Sports

A staff shake-up is something we need, but I think it needs to be part of a much bigger one, including the manager (yeah I'm in that group).Comment

Agreed. I wasn't for a long time, but I am now. Too much talent/potential on the club to go out and look like they do--consistently.Arsenal | New York YankeesComment

Re: ***The Official Arsenal Gunners" Thread***
I'm very disappointed he is gone, overall. I think the staff he brought in to the youth academy, as well as some of the youngsters were top notch. He also expanded Arsenal's youth outreach into more international waters. His experience with big clubs and personality really seemed to be attracting the correct players to the club. I'm excited about the crop of youth that coming forward, and I'm disappointed that him and now Freddie Ljungberg have left the club and won't be able to see it through. I hope that we search very hard for a new youth academy director, as I think it's important to have good youngsters coming through the academy, and also important to have more than just English players coming through the academy. Hopefully we can move forward without too much interruption.Support Local Sports
