Lacazette was the first Arsenal player to score in 5 consecutive PL home matches since....

Shoutout to Mkhi. I feel like he’ll never fully live up to his wages, but I’m so glad we him instead of a broken Alexis.

Yeah I was gonna ask you guys “what’s gotten into him?”

He’s put together two straight good fantasy games but I didn’t see any of the past two games.

Playing better or just right place-right time (although that’s a skill too)?

I think he's finally hitting a solid run of form, and more importantly, confidence (which goes hand-in-hand with his form).

It sounds crazy, but I think he's also a product of Emery slowly knowing more and more how to get the best out of his squad and his players—which was always going to take time.

Mkhi had a torrid time at United, and even though a year is a long time, he only came to Arsenal a year ago after basically being derailed for a year and a half. It seems stupid to say he's finally settling in, but maybe there's some truth to it.

Also, he's judged too harshly by his wages, I think. Yes, they're high so he needs to perform, but if he's not playing world-class he's ridiculed for not doing so and not being the player Alexis was seasons ago.

tl;dr He's playing better, yes, just not entirely sure why.

Ozil back on the bench...Kola even in the bench...weird.

Really interested to see if we use the strong bench right after the half. It looked like Auba and Torreira were both warming up...we'll see!

I’ll take Auba running at a tired Spurs back 4 at about the 60th minute.

Close! I wonder what the third sub will be...I keep thinking Ozil for Mkhi, but the longer we're ahead the less likely that might be.

Spurs doing what they always do when losing, getting kicky and petulant.

Ozil is getting ready to come on...Iwobi or Mkhi to come off? Either way, I'm excited to see Ozil come on to possibly deliver the killer pass to close this out.

                                1. Mustafi is a ****ing idiot. Kane wasn't getting to that.
                                2. Four or five Spurs players were again offside—we've been great at holding our line on free kicks for weeks now.
