Looks like we actually got approval for the stadium upgrades.

Crazy, I didn't think it would happen honestly. Fantastic news.

A new 60k stadium to go along with the massive revenue increase from the new Nike deal, the next few years will be a real chance for us to solidify ourselves as a real footballing superpower. We've been on the cusp for so long, but we could legitimately push ourselves to the next level if we are smart about things.

    Exciting times ahead for sure.

I hope you guys are, investments are an easy thing to mess up, so best of luck.

Only team I wouldn't mind seeing in financial ruin is Spuds.

Apparently Conte wants to work with Musonda. I'm a big fan so hopefully he can continue to develop with the first team

I love how we're finally starting to give you the some regular chances and they're taking them. It's so much more refreshing to see a young player break through rather than buying someone in the same position for £30m.

What do you guys think of the Costa situation?

            Re: Costa

Much ado about nothing. I'm sure Costa probably gets into it with his coffee barista.

Also, if Oscar is worth 55 mil, he's worth 100 over there.

This is a really strange situation but if someone like him leaves to China, you may see a few others follow.

Costa not named in the squad for today...still nothing?

Surely it wouldn't actually happen, though.

Could have easily been 5-0 with Alonso netting a hat trick.

Defensively stout apart from a few lapses during crosses but with no aerial threats up top it was really light work. When those 3 start up top their movement wreaks havoc, especially against players who don't want to come out and mark like Wes and Huth, who should have at least been booked.

The last goal was really beautiful.

Great game, Hull put the pressure on in the second half and we did very well, Courtois looks like himself again too.

I do think Cesc should start games like this though. We don't need both Kante and Matic against a team like Hull, and we looked a little flat in the first half.

Also, everyone keeps saying Michy is miserable and needs to leave, but every time I see him he's smiling and laughing with the coaching staff. Really hope we keep him because I think he's got a bright future.

I mirror your thoughts on Cesc, we need some creativity through the middle against smaller teams.

Michy looked promising yesterday, with a bit more match practice his touch and awareness will come on alot.

Easy work. Chaloboah, Pedro, and Cesc were awesome. That Pedro run was something else and the finish was harder than it looked.

Loved how FS1 butchered the starting lineup with RLC in midfield and Pedro as one of the attacking 3. Anyone who has paid attention would know that Pedro was going to play RWB and RLC slightly behind Michy.

Up & down performance by Michy. He's still very very raw. If we had a #3 ST I'd be OK with him going out on loan.
