Eh. I strongly believe if Everton would have had the funds to make a bid or MLS accepted the offer, whichever the situation was, he would have gone there.Comment

He dropped some pretty strong hints today that he turned down a chance to join Moyes at United. Then there was the rumor that AC Milan was interested in him this summer. Guy always seems to shy away from a challenge.Comment

why go elsewhere? he's happy here. Loves our city and is home with family and getting paid very well and probably more than he would get in Europe or Mexico. What more can you ask for? LAG has treated him like family and loves coming to work here along with guys like Keane who re-upped with us and juninho who made a long term commitment and Gonzalez. In his eyes, he has the perfect life. No need to prove anything to critics and fans who will never achieve what he has.
Our league will never grow if we're quick to ship people out to magical Europe.Comment

I wouldn't want him to go to United. He wouldn't get enough playing time.Comment

so MLS rejects Stoke's offer for Agudelo. Honestly, I don't think he's ready for the EPL. He's had hot streaks before and then completely disappeared.Comment

San Jose..... complete fluke last season and Wondo and Gordon in midfield? You know their coach is gone next season. Losers.
Eddie Johnson...... what a shame about his antics. That probably got him traded.Comment

It seems to me they could come up with a plan where the league didn't lose as many - or any - games and still not play during the breaks.Comment

I would hope they just start the season earlier. MLS is scared of bad weather , but we still see bad weather now throughout the course of the season.
I hate losing our top guys to international duty. We'll have a very odd lineup this weekend. Not cool considering we're aiming for the supporters shield.Comment

Can't really push the opener much earlier in lots of places, because of this thing called winter.I would hope they just start the season earlier. MLS is scared of bad weather , but we still see bad weather now throughout the course of the season.

MLS should just bite the bullet and do it. Revenue from a few thousand fans is better than no revenue from 6 missing games. As long as it ain't a playoff game in crazy snow like NY vs DC, it's all good. Fans will come out. Seattle does. Heck, a couple years ago our home opener vs your Revs was sold out and literally played in monsoon conditions. Play the games.Comment

You think the same amount of fans are going to come out for a game during a blizzard in Chicago, Montreal, Columbus, New York, New England, D.C., or Philly? Honestly, the weather up here isn't that good when the season currently starts, you can't really push much more back into winter.MLS should just bite the bullet and do it. No, that's why I said a few thousand fans is better than no fans (no games). You think the same amount of fans are going to come out for a game during a blizzard in Chicago, Montreal, Columbus, New York, New England, D.C., or Philly? What's your ideal solution??Comment
