What are the dominant teams in the mls? Never followed the mls cause im not from here and it always was a really far from my bed show, but since I live here now I see it way more cause there always a live game on or a replay on after work.

Seattle is probably the most dominant right now. If you're talking historically, I believe LA and DC have won the most hardware.

Really fun second half to watch. While I like what Adi can bring to the table, I don't think he's being used well, as everyone else seems to be content to basically just play long high balls to him and see what he can do. Gaston and Maxi coming on was exactly what was needed at the time, and it showed. Valeri's golazo... holy cow.

I was also excited to see Liam, and I think he'll do better when he's gelled with the rest of the backline. I don't know much about defensive soccer, but he seemed to play well. The Colorado goal was just a weird pinball effect that in the stands where I was sitting we couldn't tell WTF just happened. That's why it was so loud, I think a lot of people in the stands thought we got it out without conceding.

Zusi and Besler have signed new deals to keep them Kansas City as DPs.

Even as a SKC fan, that's beyond stupid that they passed up chances in Europe.

SKC match was entertaining. Still deciding if I want to support them or Seattle.

Zusi and Besler deserve deals overseas but decided to stay. From a USMNT fan's standpoint I'm disappointed but as a supporter of the MLS I'm somewhat glad to see them stay with SKC.

Hopefully Zusi and Besler end up getting loaned out somewhere for the sake of themselves and the sake of the USMNT. Probably won't happen though.

Why stupid? The point is to grow our league and have it be a top tier league. Little by little with decisions like the ones that Donovan, Gonzalez, Besler, Zusi, Dempsey and Bradley have made, our league will become that. We have to take the bumps on the road in regards to the USMNT. Our salary cap will be raised soon enough and more top young talent will opt to come here first instead of Europe and even more top Euro talent will come here at earlier stages of their careers. I hate seeing our stars shipped out elsewhere.

What's the point of "playing" in Europe if most of the time they are struggling for minutes there. Or they can go to some lower European league where the quality is inferior to MLS just to say they play in Europe.

Good move by Besler and Zusi.

This is what I keep saying. All I've seen is there was "interest" in the two players from European teams. Which ones? Would they have even played? It doesn't make sense to go overseas and sit on the bench/be loaned out to lower teams. How has that worked out for Brek Shea? Juan Agudelo? The list goes on.

If the right situation came up, great. But I'm kind of tired of this notion that it's automatically good for the USMNT for its players to go to Europe.

I think players are trending towards staying in the MLS. Especially seeing how the country got behind the team in the WC, listening to Besler and Zusi talk they loved it. They stayed in MLS to help continue the growth in this country.
