Finally digested that loss and for me, it really just boils down to one thing: PACE. We are not attacking at Premier League pace and this basically results in defenses being able to sit back and watch us pass side-to-side because LvG wants United to play that possession game until a GREAT opportunity arrives. The style of play suits Europe, not necessarily England.
While I'm confident we'll find our attacking boots sooner than later, I do hope the players are allowed to take more risks because we're missing that cutting edge. I think LvG has got the defence performing well as a unit (stats are out there), but has yet to fully sort-out the final-third.Comment

One stat that stood out for me from the United game was that Romero had more touches of the ball than Rooney in the match.Comment
