If Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting plays in the next round, it will mean the relegated Stoke squad of 2017-18 had players who played in the 2005, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2019 & 2020 Champions League semi-finals.

Totally forgot about Crouchy. Was Robert Huth a Chelsea player when they won it? Edit: He may not have been at Stoke during that time frame. Probably Leicester.

He's no Werner, but Schick was productive rotating with Sabitzer and Werner. That said, I'm not liking our chances against Atletico.

I still can't believe Werner just ditched his team like that. Quarter-finals of the CL in a year where the ties are one game. RB have a chance to make a run to the finals and he just leaves.

To be fair we (Chelsea) asked Leipzig for him to come in August before the pandemic shut things down but I can understand the scrutiny. It's a weird position for both the incoming club and player.

The matches I’ve seen of Leipzig Schick was better in a 2 man partnership. Poulsen is a handful for CBs.

I hope Leipzig beats Aletico. I think there’s a strong chance they will.
