I love what Lee Dixon pointed out a few weeks ago—if you don’t already know, he lets you know right away what you’re in for. He’s going to run at you, he’s going to run into the channels, and he’s going to run at you again. He’s going to make you work all day long, and he’s so good at it.

You have to give credit to West Ham. After losing their first 2 games, you looked at their next 4 and thought they weren't getting many points from them.
Thrashed Wolves, then put 3 past Leicester at the King Power. And draws against Spurs and City.Comment

Re: 2020-2021 English Football Thread
There was lots of talk, and understandably, that they wouldn't pick up their first point of the season until November. Even today once it went 1-1 I figured okay, they almost had it but here it goes. Nope, held on for another valuable point.Comment

Man United v Chelsea today should be interesting. On paper, Chelsea should be winning this. In the league, they're outperforming United not only in actual results, but also xG, XGA, xPTS, etc.
So, how early will United's first penalty be awarded?Comment

Harry Maguire just wrapped his arm around Azpilicueta’s neck, stopping him from jumping in the box. VAR is looking at it...it’s a clear penalty, all day.
Hahahaha no penalty. There is now and clear and obvious bias for United, more so than ever before, ****ing hell.Comment

The funniest part of that is VAR was checking for a possible penalty for Rashford for basically nothing happening at all lmaoComment

Re: 2020-2021 English Football Thread
If United can’t win a penalty they need to be given one—it’s the rules.
My tinfoil hat is strapped on very firmly right now, but Mike Riley is head of PGMOL—that tells me everything I need to know.Comment

Re: 2020-2021 English Football Thread
It’s bonkers, like they are literally just looking for a reason to give United a penalty.
Just a joke that they were even checking the Rashford one and the Maguire foul wasn’t even checked at all, both happening within like 40 seconds of each other.Comment

Re: 2020-2021 English Football Thread
They keep showing the Maguire ‘foul’ and it looks worse every time they show it. It’s as blatant as you can be. Literally pulled a player the ground so he could win the header he otherwise would not have won.
Chelsea, please win.Comment
