To be able to make 5/6 changes to their lineup each game and not miss a beat is unreal. The depth in squad is insane.

They play the least "English" out of any of the clubs and instead actually play with a flow, imagination, tempo, and fluidity. It's just so organic and every moving part fits in with each other.

It's not even necessarily the money spent either, like Zinchenko randomly being turned into a fantastic defender.

Yeah its pretty nuts. I remember De Bruyne talking about how he can make passes into certain spaces without even looking, because he already knows a specific player is going to be there.

He started the season poorly but Zinchenko has been immense. The role that Cancelo plays actually suits him well also (pretty sure he plays some central midfield for Ukraine). Also respect the hell out of him for passing up a move to Wolves last year to play his way into the squad.

I think Ferran for ~$25 mil is gonna turn out to be a shrewd piece of business as well.

I still can’t believe Arsenal got ~40mil for Iwobi.

It’s more of a robbery than Liverpool selling off their dead weight (Iwobi & Solanke) to Bournemouth

^ The only time I recall Iwobi play well this season was when Ancelotti deployed him at RWB for a few games. Overall though, you are right, Arsenal must have laughed all the way to the bank.
