The whole “Away Goals are worth more” deal is gone now, right?#RespectTheCultureComment

Yep. So, no more seeing the aggregate score and still having to figure what the away goal situation is. I honestly still dislike the two leg format, but at least it's less convoluted and weird.Comment

Rangers putting one on Dortmund in Germany right now but Dortmund just pulled one back to make it 1-3.

Haaland will be back for the 2nd leg. That tie could end like 8-7Comment

Did the Europa League change its format? I was looking for West Ham's game and they are already into the Round of 16.
Is this a playoff round or something?Comment

Re: 2021-2022 UEFA Competitions Thread
That’s correct. Group winners to the Rof16, 2nd place to this playoff round vs teams down from the Champions League, 3rd place to the Conference League. They reduced the number of groups in the Europa League to make way for the Conference League.Comment

Celtic with the dreaded loss to a club that doesn't have a club crest image in Google. To be fair, this side did beat Roma 6-1.Comment

And Rangers getting a 4-2 victory over Dortmund in Germany. That wasn’t expected at all. Especially after the 3-0 drubbing Celtic gave them a couple weeks back.

Sounds like UEFA is moving the Champions League final due to Russia invading the Ukraine.Support Local Sports
