Eh, there's a difference between wasting time by going down for no reason and pretending you have a cramp (Newcastle at Arsenal earlier this season) and going down because you're continuously being kicked, or hit in the face with no repercussions from a cowardly official.

You posted that awhile ago, but well into the second half it's non-stop yellow card offenses being ignored entirely. Newcastle are very much the new Burnley in terms of preferential treatmenet for being just the right amount of English.

Antonio loses the ball clearly out of bounds and play goes on. Nothing came of it but another example of horrible reffing.

I meant more that the first goal was well against the run of play than anything else, but yeah obviously Newcastle are a bunch of dirty rats.

Needed them to drop points against one of Arsenal, City or Newcastle and here they are just getting it out of the way at home to Everton.

BTW, 10% of Everton’s league goals were scored in the first half today. They’re now up to 30.
